Welcome to our Lake Cliffe condo with majestic lake and mountain viewsâjust across from the shores of Lake Dillon and walking distance to downtown Dillon.
This 2BR/2BA second-floor unit (Building E) offers panoramic views of Lake Dillon, the Tenmile Range, Gore Range, and Buffalo Mountain.
The Dillon Amphitheater is directly across the street, and hiking/biking trails are just around the corner.
âšKeystone Ski Resort is a short drive away, and the Summit Stage bus stop across the street provides free access to five ski resorts including A-Basin and Breckenridge.
âšOur condo is fully stocked with amenities and includes a full kitchen.âš
âą Master bedroom: Queen bed, flat-screen cable TV, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and in-unit washer/dryer.âš
âą Second bedroom: Full-size bunk bed (twin on top), flat-screen cable TV, private en-suite bathroom.âš
âą Bathrooms: Two full baths stocked with towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer.âš
âą Living room: Queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and open floor plan.âš
âą Kitchen: Fully equipped with bar seating and all essentials.âš
âą Dining: Table with mountain views, seats the whole group.âš
âą Balcony: Private with lake and mountain viewsâwatch Dillon Amphitheater shows from the deck.âš
âą Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer in master bathroom.âš
âą Extras: Clubhouse access with heated indoor pool and two large hot tubs. Community courtyard includes picnic tables, horseshoes, hammock, and a nearby playground.
The Summit Stage bus stop is just across the street with free access to Keystone, A-Basin, and more. Walk to the Dillon Marina and local favorites like Pug Ryanâs Brewing Co.
This 2BR/2BA unit comfortably sleeps six people with four beds and two full bathrooms.
We pride ourselves on guest service and support. Thereâs a Welcome Book in the kitchen with helpful information for a smooth stay. We also provide a 24/7 emergency contact (info in the Welcome Book).

âą This unit is located on the second floor. There is no elevator, so guests will walk up one flight of stairs.âš
âą Two HOA-issued parking passes are provided in the Welcome Book. A $150 cost will be charged if they are not returned.âš
âą Camper trailers and oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated onsite due to HOA restrictions.âš

PARKING:
*IMPORTANT*- The H.O.A. will tow any vehicle without a parking pass. There are two parking passes in the front of the "Welcome Book". Make sure passes are in your vehicles at all times during your stay. $150 replacement cost from the H.O.A. for parking passes not return to the front of âWelcome Bookâ.
CLUBHOUSE:
Key Card is in the front of the âWelcome Bookâ. The hot tubs and salt water pool are in the Clubhouse, located across from building F. Pool towels can be found in the bedroom closets. Hours are from 10am-9pm daily. Key Card must be return to the âWelcome Bookâ at check-out to avoid additional replacement costs.
SKI LOCKER:
Key is in the lock box and the ski locker is located across from the front door.
FIREPLACE:
Fireplace timer located on the wall by the kitchen. Do not adjust gas this will turn the pilot off. Due to high winds, pilot may blow out. If pilot needs to be relit email us right away. We will be right out to relit the pilot during normal business hours. For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off valve is under fireplace behind cover plate.
SLEEPER SOFA LINENS:
Linen set can be found in the master closet. Pillows are in the bedroom closets.
(If used, leave sleeper sofa open and sheets left on for House Keeping to remove)
CABLE TV & STREAMING:
All TVs have Xfinity Cable TV. If you login to Amazon, Netflix or other streaming services on a smart TV, be sure you log out when checking out.
WASHER & DRYER:
The washer and dryer are located in the master en suite bathroom. You are provided with detergent found above the washer & dryer.
THERMOSTATS:
There are 3 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in each bedroom and one for the kitchen and living room. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.
COOL AIR:
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet.
TALKING TRASH:
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When kitchen trash is full, please take bagged trash out to the dumpster (right side when walking out of this building) during your stay.
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES:
If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found in the dining room closet. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, please contact us. Let us know if you need it done during your stay or after check out, include this property name in the email.
ELECTRICAL PANEL:
Electrical box is located next to the fridge in the kitchen should a breaker trip.
EMERGENCIES:
There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.
