Lovely place!I would rate 100% but I take 1% away for crumbs on the couch and dust on living room furnitures.Other than that everything was better than what we have expected. I’d strongly recommend this place! Thank you Dana for everything!!!

It’s a beautiful townhome, clean, updated and fairly close to Busch gardens as well as many restaurants (yum yum buffet is great nearby) but it’s in a shady neighborhood. I was told don’t walk around at night in the area and have to agree. The culdesac itself where the town home resides is quiet and no issues. We walked places during the day and saw sketchy people but also normal families / tourists so there was no issue. Busy street nearby so just be careful and aware. The host is very responsive and helpful. Would stay there again if visiting Busch Gardens.

A great place to stay. The property was absolutely spotless. It felt like it had been very recently renovated with brand new TVs & appliances throughout the home. The A/C was great and will get you through those hot Tampa summers. Incredibly close to Busch Gardens. Simple check in & check out. Dana, the host, is a great communicator.

Very clean and well taken care of and had everything we needed, including coffee. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, I cannot speak to the other bed because we did not use that room. We were centrally located close to everywhere we needed to be for the visit. The neighborhood is a bit run down, all neighbors we interacted with seemed very friendly.

We spent a week and a day here. Our host was very helpful; sending information ahead of time and also being very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. It was our “home base” while we did site seeing and also attended a couple spring training games during our stay. The house was more than spacious enough for the two of us, and even fine for accommodating a couple friends who stopped by while we were there. It was very clean and had all the basic needs of “home”. We cooked in several evenings and the kitchen had all the cooking and dining utensils needed. Overall, it was a great experience and we would rent this property again!

Clean and Affordable

Very nice townhouse close to USF, Busch Gardens and Moffitt Cancer Center. Dana was a great host, easy to communicate with and very responsive.
