Beautiful home

The home is very nice and a decent place to stay. If we're ever visiting Tampa again we will definitely book here if available and highly recommend it for a group of 4.

Centrally located. Neighborhood was noisy but most noise stopped at 11pm. Nice size property. It would have been nice to have easier access to the back screened porch. Water pressure in the master bath was fair. Kitchen was ok and updated. Had all the amenities you would need. Although we had a storm and wifi was knocked out for a day at the end of our trip, it had not been reliable prior to that too. Beds comfortable and a nice alternative to a hotel.

Tampa Stay

The house was very nice, easy to get into, and comfortable. The neighbor blares music all day and night at his food truck though. Our main problem was our wifi went out on the 1st of a 5 day stay. No tv, and no wifi for our phones which killed our data plans. Host wouldn't fix until after we checked out. Otherwise it was alright.

Feels Like Home

This was a great place to stay and relax. The pictures don't even do it justice. Excellent communication from the manager regarding any issues. Would definitely book again.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Tampa at the house. The house was clean, the beds were comfy, and the layout was great for my friend and I when we stayed there. However, the one downfall was the neighbors across the street. They owned a food truck and did blast music throughout the weekend. The mentioned chickens were not heard. Overall, I would recommend this place and would rent again if I came back to the location.

National convention

Enjoyed the visit to Tampa and Ybor City. Friendly and welcoming. The VRBO property was as advertised and our host. Asar, very kind and accommodating. Will definitely visit again.

Wonderful place for the price

Spacious living area and bedrooms, bathrooms. Nice open concept kitchen and living room. Very clean, modern kitchen. Love the screened in porch. Could use a few more kitchen and bathroom utensils and appliances

Perfectly Located

We very much enjoyed our stay. We came to Tampa for the Tampa RV Show. It was only minutes away. We also went to Clearwater Beach and to see the Manatees at the Florida Technology and Conservation Center. All were close!

Wonderful, everything was fine. Loved the House, ecerything was clean. Neighbourhood (not the roaster) was a little bit noisy but it was no big problem.

My friends and I were very comfortable staying at property. We will re-book!

The instructions were very clear and concise. The property manager was very responsive and answered any questions and concerns we had. The home was very clean. We enjoyed our stay without incident or accident. I highly recommend this property.
