Overall this location was fantastic. One main thing to note is that there are rooms in the house that are not air conditioned. The living room and downstairs bathroom/laundry room do not have AC. Another note is that there are very few essentials in the house and you will have to purchase things like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. For the price, I would have thought those things would come with it. The house is rented out by a big company, and is lacking a personal touch. But you can't beat the location and the views.

This beach house is in the absolute perfect spot! Literal ocean steps from your back door.. beautiful views all times of day! The accommodations were extremely clean and comfortable. Please do make sure you purchase or bring paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and any kitchen spices that you will need for your trip as those are not provided. Couldn’t recommend this house more! Great part of town, amazing house and views, super easy check in and check out. Such a quiet beach oasis!

Memorial Day Week Vacation

As always, our vacation was wonderful. The condo was tastfully decorated, and the view was awesome. We have never been dissatisfied at Cinnamon Beach, and cannot wait for our next vacation!

Great view!

This house has the best view and the ocean is right out the back door. Its approximate to Flagler, Dayton and Saint Augustine were great. We felt the mattresses were a little uncomfortable but the house is great. We would stay there again.

Fantastic location on the beach!

Large common areas great for families with a full size kitchen! Nice seating in backyard, steps from the beach. Quiet location with downtown area only 2.5 miles away 2 with restaurants, bars, music and of course ice cream! Full size kitchen to prepare meals. Great place to stay.

Perfect vacation

This property was perfect for our family. So much space for everyone. The setting was awesome! Where else can you watch the sunrise over the ocean from the kitchen table? The beach and neighborhood are peaceful and quiet, and our visit was so restful. 5 stars, for sure!!

Perfect Getaway!

Property was just as described! Clean, comfortable and great location! A few of us enjoyed bike week festivities. But I never left the patio! Even the dogs didn’t want to leave. Beautiful spot! Can’t wait to go back!

Can't wait to come back!

From the moment we arrived at the property, we were hooked! The view is spectacular, the house is so clean and cute, it has all the amenities you could possibly want for your stay. When we needed to contact the property manage (for a chirping smoke detector in a locked closet), they responded immediately and resolved the issue. The pictures in the post are 100% accurate. This place is amazing!

Steps from the Sand!

This is my favorite vaction rental we have visited since using HomeAway/VRBO/AirBnB services. The pictures don't do it justice! The sand is about 15 steps from the back door :-). The beach was secluded and perfect for a relaxing family getaway with busy kids. I will be coming back to Flagler again :-). We are already planning our next family vacation to Disney and would prefer to just drive in and stay here instead of in the city :-).

We had several issues during our stay. We didn’t report any of them until the day we left, so can’t really complain. We didn’t really want ppl coming and going so we dealt with them.

Nice home plenty of room. When checking in at 4:00 note that you can not get in until exactly 4:00 pm. We have stayed at multiple Vrbo homes and this is the first with a keypad that is in a timer. That should be in the description. Also beware of beach area Very steep causing the waves to be rough. Not suitable for small children.

Family Beach Vacation

House was a great size for the 5 of us and very pet friendly. We grilled and cooked all meals in the kitchen. It was a perfect size for many cooks. Lol The back patio overlooking the ocean was my sanctuary. My 20 somethings took our doggo down to the beach to frolick. We saw a juvenile bull shark feeding just off the shelf. Soooo cool. I woke up to sunrise and a cup of coffee every morning. That's my idea of paradise.

Staycation - Florida

Stayed at this house for a long weekend get away with another couple and our kids (1yr an7 yr's old) & 2 small dogs. The house is as nice as the pictures depict. It is comfortable, it was clean, location was amazing, it was hassle free...it is 5 mins from various restaurants and markets. It is equipped with towels and there are lounge chairs outside, not pictured....so it was an added plus. If I had to make any suggestions it would be to move the grill and picnic table (both on the street side of the house) over to the beach side. The beach was nice and relaxing, which is what we needed. The beach was very private only a few people while we were there. We will definitely rent there again.
