This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps up to six guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, double size bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 per pass plus applicable taxes and fees for up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

The condo was a nice size, very roomy and great accommodations. The living room furniture is not so comfortable, but we weren’t in the room except at night. The cleaners do not seem to pay much attention to detail at all or doing any deep clean of anything. There was water rings on end tables, nightstands, water bottles left behind the nightstand, dirty bathroom vents, it could definitely use some love. The ocean view is gorgeous, from the living room and master bedroom both. The kitchen utensils are minimal, not like other condos we’ve stayed in. The washer & dryer are nice and work great. The pool area is very nice, has a great kid play/splash area for families, easy beach access. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas, which is convenient. There are also some beach chairs, toys, etc.. available in the condo closet. All in all it’s a nice place, could use some updating no doubt, but we weren’t there for the decor. Just wanted a place to be comfortable and enjoy ourselves while on vacation.

Beautiful oceanfront property

This was a cozy property at Boardwalk. A few throw blankets for the bedrooms and sofa bed would have been appreciated, otherwise the hosts did a great job. :)

Exactly what we needed

The condo was exactly as described. Clean and ready to go when we arrived. We had a relaxing stay and are ready to go back. The communication from the property manager was so good up front that we didn’t have any questions or needs upon arrival.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The balcony furniture needs to be updated. The security guy was very rude to our whole family about having our pool bands on our skin not on anything we were wearing! We come there a lot in spring and summer but someone like him makes you not want to come back!

Beautiful views

The condo staff and security were so friendly and helpful. The pool was large enough for all families to enjoy. Family friendly atmosphere. Quiet hours were honored and enforced. The walk to the beach was a short distance with jet ski rental and boat rentals right on the beach; a live band at the bar and grill; a sundry shop with ice cream and smoothies and beach supplies on the premises. Everything was so convenient. Overall, a great experience. We felt safe and enjoyed the beach everyday. The location is great, too! A grocery store a mile away and several attractions within walking distance. We can’t wait to come back to the same place next year.

We have stayed at Boardwalk Beach Resort multiple times and, as repeat Emerald Coast Destinations customers, were very disappointed with this recent experience and lack of communication.Our Saturday to Saturday stay began without issue until Monday evening, when the washer leaked water across the floor during first use. We contacted the emergency line and were instructed to clean it ourselves, requiring us to use personal beach towels since the condo towels were in the washer.Maintenance was scheduled for Tuesday morning but did not arrive due to the work order being assigned to the wrong unit. This resulted in lost vacation time waiting in the condo. Throughout the week, we experienced continued delays, changing timelines, and multiple periods where we had to remain onsite to accommodate maintenance and delivery of a new washer and dryer, which significantly disrupted our stay. Additional concerns included a clogged bathroom sink and intermittent television service.I also emailed the property manager twice during and after our stay and have received no response. While we understand issues can arise, the repeated delays, time disruptions, and lack of follow-up significantly impacted our vacation. These concerns are shared to inform future guests of our experience.

Condo had hair all over bathroom counter. Guest bedroom had floor tiles and pictures sticking out from under the bed. View was beautiful..lounge chair on balcony needs to be replaced fabric was tore with the cushion just hanging out of it. For the price you pay I would expect it to be clean and the furniture to not be falling apart

There was also a sign that said “arcade” and my kids were excited until we were told it was no longer there. Would have also liked to see lifeguards at the pool, and would have loved to have seen more no diving signs posted. My brother in law dove into a pool and broke his neck and died so I’m a little over cautious about this stuff

Property was under construction, elevators definitely need attention or replaced. Room has been well used floors could use a good cleaning. Washing machine flooded the hallway. Could not use for the week we was there. Had to go to the laundry mat. No one ever reached out to us about the issues

Great facility

Easy rental - beautiful unit as described with a great view of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again. Facilities were clean and nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downfall would be the elevators need ventilation fans installed or if installed need to be operational.

Great first visit to Panama City Beach

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location was great. Staff was very nice and efficient. Pool was nice, warm and clean. Beach was beautiful. Would recommend to anyone. Our family enjoyed the condo very much. The condo was clean, well stocked and overall perfect. View from master bedroom was absolutely wonderful! Balcony was just right. Thanks!!!

Extremely satisfied

Great location. Co do was clean and had spectacular views. Entire complex was clean and offered great amenities. I would love to stay again at this condo and same unit. Check in and check out process flawless. . Sufficient elevators made wait times very short. Parking was abundant and convenient. Great place to stay. Would recommend to others.

This condo was amazing. The bedrooms were large and beds extremely comfortable! Tons of room for our family and you cannot beat the view! We loved every minute of our stay and would book this unit again in a heartbeat!

Not As Represented

It was not the actual unit that was shown online. I thought I was reserving unit 209, as pictured, but ended up in unit 1109. The pictured unit had a dining table on the balcony which we wanted so we could take our meals together overlooking the water. More seriously it was represented that we would have access to the balcony from the king bedroom. The door to the balcony was locked “at the request of the owner” according to a sign on the door. I made the representative at the welcome center aware that the door was locked, and I was told she would make a note of it. Also the unit only had two wristbands for access to the pool when we had indicated four guests. Considering the cost of the unit, I expected everything to be right and as represented.

We at Royal American Beach Getways do not manage unit C0209. I am not sure where the disconnect happened while booking. I do apologize for the inconveniences you had during your stay.
