Great for family vacation

Had everything we needed for a family vacation. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Everyone in the group agreed it was spacious and comfortable. I had a couple of questions, and the host responded very quickly.

Convenient location toa great deal of fun

Excellent secluded private location with a beautiful home situated in many trees. Easy access to Bass Lake, Yosemite and other great venues. Owner has gone all out to provide every small detail to make the guests comfortable.

Amazing, highly recommended place to stay

This place has it all. Fun things for our kids to do, nice, spacious rooms, all the amenities you could ever need and located in a quiet, area that we enjoyed. These are some great hosts; great to work with and they provided so much to make the stay easy annd comfortable. We would highly recommend for anyone considering to stay here - that you do it! We had the best time!

Sierra Retreat

We liked the wildflowers, lupine, trees and views! The house was nice and accommodating for our large family, especially since each room had its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable! We also liked all the games for the grandkids and the private dog run. The BBQ was nice and the firepit for smores. The kitchen was well equipped with a blender for our smoothies and 2 refrigerators to stock our food! We had a wedding to attend, and it was nice they had an iron and ironing board too! There was a deer that came and went in a pen that was open, almost like a pet! Overall, we enjoyed the weekend stay!

perfect getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at this Oakhurst home. The property and home was beautiful, the house had everything we needed and more, plenty of space for everyone, very cozy and comfortable. The location was private but also close to everything we needed. We loved the outdoor deck for eating and the patio for lounging and roasting marshmallows. We had a wonderful time and recommend to anyone interested.

A Home Full of Everything

The home is so well equipped with everything you could possibly need, from shampoo to towels, fresh linens, a hammock, a grill, pots, pans, utensils, a coffee maker, a washing machine and dryer, games, and on and on. It is well-built, spacious, and impeccably maintained. We saw deer grazing in the fields on our way to the lake every day. The home is in a quiet place, just lovely in every way. Hassel free check in and check out. What a gem.

We enjoyed our stay in Oakhurst and the property exceeded our expectations. This was probably the best appointed rental I've ever stayed at. We enjoy preparing meals and the appliances offered were of high quality and in excellent condition. We enjoyed meals on the outside patio. The house was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Instructions were clear. The only word of advice I have was that my son was not comfortable sleeping on the futon in the primary bedroom and we purchased a camping mat to put on top of the futon to make it more comfortable for him. I would not plan on having someone utilize it as a bed. Overall, 5 stars all the way around and I would love to come back and visit another time.
