Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: La Maison on Main is a lovely rental in the heart of Harbor Springs. Location could not be better! Master suite is especially nice with a balcony and view of the Harbor. Vacation Properties is so responsive and available 24 hours a day to answer questions and resolve issues. Fabulous, well equipped kitchen with high end appliances. This was my second time staying at La Maison on Main and I will definitely be back next year!!

A Peaceful Home Base in the Heart of Harbor Springs

Reviewer Comments: La Maison on Main sits right in the middle of Harbor Springs, and it's exactly what you want a home base to be: quiet, comfortable, and close to everything. Walk a minute and you're standing at one of the prettiest harbors on Lake Michigan. Walk a few more and you're in shops and restaurants.The house itself is well equipped — a solid kitchen, updated bathrooms, and a patio that's perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink after a day on the water. You can tell the owners take real care of the place; everything felt fresh and well kept.Two weeks here, and it's exactly what made our Michigan trip feel complete. If you're heading to Harbor Springs, this is the house to reserve.

Our rental was clean and very conveniently located in town, the unit was equipped with everything you would need as far as cooking . GREAT STAY .

Great spot

This was a great rental for a weeklong getaway. Situated downtown, the location was great and felt very safe. Neighbors were friendly and the fenced in patio provided some additional privacy. The house was very clean and kitchen well equipped. Will definitely book again.

Great location! Perfect home for our family of 5 getaway! Just remember to not leave your car parked in one spot for too long. You’ll get a ticket!

Although the City of Harbor Springs does not have paid parking, like most cities do, they do have time limits in place. To help guests avoid getting a ticket, we offer a map showing all the parking areas and their time restrictions. Great location in the middle of downtown. Parking situation isn’t ideal (especially with loading and unloading), but at least the public lot is close for overnight. Overall cleanliness was good, with exception of a few things.

Gem in Harbor Spring

We had the most wonderful time in Harbor Springs and this place was just perfect for our family of four. Location could not be beat. Literally everything you could need or want just steps from your door, but still very quiet and private. We stayed a full week and never felt cramped. Beds were very comfortable, A/C units worked great, kitchen had everything we needed. Loved having the extra bathroom downstairs, and the string lights on the patio in the evening were a nice touch. We hope to be back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wrong address made it very difficult to find. Drove up and down street for 1/2 hour til we just parked and walked to try to find. Stained towels. Stained/molded shower grout. No laundry soap.Very good location for HS and very nice kitchen and appliances.

Wonderful stay

We rented this property for a weekend girls trip. The location was superb and the house was so tidy and well decorated. We really enjoyed our time and the property management company made check-in and other communication very easy. We were told ahead of time that the ice machine wasn’t working, and when we arrived they provided a bag of ice, which was very helpful for our stay. I highly recommend this rental and we will be renting from here again when we return. One heads up is that the address on the materials doesn’t match the address on the door so it was a little tricky to find at first. That being said, the neighbors and shops around were very helpful.
