Harbor Cottage med utsikt över vackra Lake Michigan

Denna stuga är en perfekt tillflyktsort för familjen. Beläget på en bluff precis ovanför Lake Michigan. Den enorma överdimensionerade övre och nedre däck är ett bra ställe att koppla av, äta, njuta av utsikten, och lyssna till ljudet av Lake Michigan och skogen. Den breda trappa ner till stugan ger en lugn avskild hem utan tanke på grannar. Stugan ligger på en bluff ovanför sjön.

Vackra trägolv i hela båda nivåerna. Två sovrum ligger på andra våningen och 1 sovrum ligger på första nivån. Det finns två queen sängar och 3 enkelsängar. Rummen är bekvämt inredda med sängkläder. Det fullt utrustade köket har spis, diskmaskin, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn och brödrost. Matsalen är omgiven av fönster. Förutsatt är badlakan, köksredskap, porslin och glas. I vardagsrummet finns en öppen spis och DVD-spelare.

Stugan ligger bara några minuter från de unika butiker och restauranger i Harbor Springs och Petoskey. Offentliga stränder finns i Harbor Springs och Petoskey. Den vackra Petoskey State Park på Lake Michigan är bara 10 minuters bilresa och är bra för familjen picknick, klättra på sanddynerna, bad och vandring. GOLF! Boyne Highlands (171 World Class Holes (800) 462-6963), Little Traverse Bay Golf Club i Harbor Springs, Hidden River Golf & Casting Club i Petoskey plus andra, alla utestående och alla är öppna för allmänheten. För kul för barn i alla åldrar, prova Great American Adventures vattenpark som är en 16 minuters bilresa från stugan. För en kort dagstur, att det är roligt att besöka Indian River, Boyne City, Charlevoix, Beaver Island, Mackinac Stad / Bro / Island, St. Ignace och Sault St. Marie.

This cottage has a gorgeous view of Lake Mi and a large deck with a rocker bench and chairs to enjoy it.The setting is peaceful and you can hear the laps of waves as well as birds and squirrels. Location is central to lots of site seeing and activities, beaches, and local eateries. Comfy and all necessities provided.

Fantastic stay with beautiful views

Our family of five and my parents stayed at this sweet little cottage for four nights. Location is prime. We had beautiful lake views and it wasn’t a big deal that we didn’t have direct lake access from the cottage as there are many access points in beautiful Harbor Springs nearby. Everything about the cottage is cozy and welcoming. There is one bedroom on the main level and two good size bedrooms upstairs. Because the living room and kitchen are connected, we all fit in the common space easily. We loved sitting outside on the deck as well. The listing had Wi-Fi listed as an amenity, but there is no Wi-Fi at the cottage. The owner acknowledged this and said she would revise the listing. Communication with the owner was seamless.

Family vacation

The house is wonderful, there are a lot of steps to get down my only concern was it was raining when we arrived making the steps very slippery and dangerous adding some anti slip tape on them would solve that problem. There were chairs out on the porch but would have been nice if a table was out there for eating. You can get down to the beach thru the woods but it’s not an easy walk, we used the gravel drive on the right of the house and quickly found out we were not allowed. We didn’t know that it was an issue. But we did very carefully make it to the beach and it is amazing. Wonderful house in a great location. I would recommend staying at this house.

Beautiful view and neighborhood

We were a family with kids and enjoyed our stay. One of our kiddos broke her leg before the vacation so the stairs were challenging to navigate. But for a healthy person it won’t be an issue. 53 steps but it is ok, tje view is incredible. Tjere is a store 4 min away. Tumnel of treess,moddle viööage beackj snd stirgeon bsy beach were tje best

House on the Bluff

Beautiful place with great views of the lake from deck, living room, kitchen and upstairs bedroom. Nicely updated and decorated. Enjoyed our stay very much!!! There are a lot of stairs to the house but we did know that ahead of time.

Treehouse cottage with a beautiful view

This cottage is so beautiful! Three bedrooms, lovely hardwood floors, and a large bathroom. The deck is the most peaceful place to view stars or just watch the waves. Hearing the water day and night is healing. The host is responsive, kind, and thorough in her guidance. We loved our college roommate reunion and hope to come back next summer!!!

Lake Michigan Retreat

Had a relaxing time, enjoyed listening to the waves lap the beach as we fell asleep, watched the view of Lake Michigan as boats, ducks, birds, and Bald Eagles flew by. The property was clean. We want to return again.

Peaceful and Calm and Fantastic View

We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of this property. The deck is wonderful and view of the bay is gorgeous. The sound of the waves at night were so soothing. House was clean and inviting. The stairs down to and up from the cottage are challenging but we loved that it provided the seclusion and we got in our steps exercises! Would love to have internet/WiFi added to the property. Enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back!

Another peaceful stay at Forest Beach

We really enjoyed our stay once again at Forest Beach. Just far enough out of Harbor Springs to have peace and quiet but just close enough to drive into town within minutes. We always enjoy sitting on the deck watching the sun set and listening to the sounds of the waves on the beach.

Very Secluded

This is tucked away from traffic and people. Just you, the lake and the birds! Saw eagles and saw and heard lots of song birds and owls at night along with the lake! Very clean and just the right size! Plenty of windows look to the south, so very sunny and picturest! Would easily stay here again!

The cottage was built in 1998. We enjoy the cottage and views/sounds of the lake with family. The oversized deck is enjoyed by all. Even the teens look forward to staying and don't want to leave.

We love the secluded relaxing cottage and spend time going to nearby beaches or playing games. Our favorite is listening to the lake and watching the wildlife. The cottage is so bright and roomy.
