Located in the prestigious gated community of Sandcastles By The Sea, this property sits just a short, breezy walk from the shimmering shores of Folly Field Beach, making it an ideal spot for beach enthusiasts and families alike.

As you enter this luxurious home, the convenience of a modern elevator awaits to transport your luggage to each floor, simplifying your arrival and allowing more time to unwind. Designed to facilitate a seamless vacation experience, the home showcases meticulous attention to detail and no expense spared in its finishes.

The heart of the home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with high-end appliances and all essentials needed for your culinary adventures. The kitchen flows into a spacious dining area, accommodating up to ten guests, while a breakfast bar and island provide additional seating for casual meals or morning coffee.

Relaxation is just steps away in the expansive living room, where you can kick back after a sun-filled day. Step out onto one of the two balcony decks overlooking the back of the home to enjoy peaceful evenings or lively gatherings.

Accommodating up to 18 guests, this home boasts 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The master suite on the second floor features a king-size bed and a private master bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. Great rental house

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the common spaces had plenty of room for our large group and no detail was missed. They had lots of both beach towels and bath towels as well as multiple sets of flatware.

Great Break

4 adults and all 6 grandkids had a great winter break at 99 sandcastle, and spent time on the beach and in the water no matter what the weather. Beach is a safe easy bike ride, or you can walk the paved path right out of the neighborhood and pull a wagon full of chairs down there. House is immaculate. We put all the grandsons on the top floor and they loved it. Heated pool was great. They provide everything you need and house is bright and sunny. Right on the bike path which is a favorite activity for our crowd.

Family friendly, beautiful, and comfortable

The house was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and fun for our family vacation with 2 full families toddler through teens/young adults. The cousins had an amazing time together and Frank and Nicole made us feel at home. Frank was always available for help and advice on local activities. The kids loved cooling down in the pool when not at the beach. Everything we needed was there including beach towels and toys, a pack n play for our littlest, and every detail we wouldn’t have thought of ahead of time. I highly recommend you stay here!

Home away from home

We enjoyed 99 Sandcastle immensely. It was our home away from home while staying in Hilton Head. The home was spacious enough for our large family and we never felt like we didn’t have our own space. The home was immaculate and inviting. The pictures and description were very accurate. Communication with Frank from the beginning was easy and check in and checkout were seamless. Frank answered all of my questions throughout the stay and even came by to look into something while we were there. 99 Sandcastle was located close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. We could walk to the beach and everything we needed was within a 15-20 minute drive. We didn’t have to worry about beach towels and chairs because they provided them for us. We would definitely stay again, when visiting Hilton Head. Thank you, Frank for your hospitality, thinking of the little details, and allowing us to stay at 99 Sandcastle.

Family memories and our love for the Island were the major factors in our decision to purchase a home here. Built and purchased in 2020 after moving from New York, this was our first home on the island. We loved it so much that we decided to keep it and allow other families to make memories while visiting 99 Sandcastle Court and Hilton Head Island.

All you need to bring is your suitcase, and we have you covered on the rest!
