Welcome to 99 Sandcastle Court, a stunning vacation retreat crafted in 2020, nestled in the serene surroundings of Hilton Head Island. Located in the prestigious gated community of Sandcastles By The Sea, this property sits just a short, breezy walk from the shimmering shores of Folly Field Beach, making it an ideal spot for beach enthusiasts and families alike.

The kitchen flows into a spacious dining area, accommodating up to ten guests, while a breakfast bar and island provide additional seating for casual meals or morning coffee.
Relaxation is just steps away in the expansive living room, where you can kick back after a sun-filled day. Step out onto one of the two balcony decks overlooking the back of the home to enjoy peaceful evenings or lively gatherings.
Accommodating up to 18 guests, this home boasts 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The master suite on the second floor features a king-size bed and a private master bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. Additional bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, including a mix of king and queen beds. The top floor reveals a bunk room/entertainment oasis perfect for younger guests or large families, featuring ample sleeping spaces and a zone for games and entertainment.
Step outside to discover a private heated pool, ideal for lounging or playful dips. The pool area, complete with a 25' x 15' patio, is fully outfitted with ample seating, a 55" television, and a gas grill for unforgettable outdoor dining and relaxation.

Frank and Nicole are the proud owners of 99 Sandcastle Court. Hilton Head Island has been our home for over four years now. Family memories and our love for the Island were the major factors in our decision to purchase a home here. We hope to make many future memories, and we hope everyone who stays at our home does as well.

Built and purchased in 2020 after moving from New York, this was our first home on the island. We loved it so much that we decided to keep it and allow other families to make memories while visiting 99 Sandcastle Court and Hilton Head Island.

Our home also offers a private heated pool with a large patio. If you or a guest need an elevator, this home can accommodate you. When you stay with us at 99 Sandcastle, we want to make you feel at home. This home comes furnished with linens, towels, beach towels, a starter vacation kit, 6 beach chairs, 2 refrigerators/ freezers, and so much more. All you need to bring is your suitcase, and we have you covered on the rest!
