Beautiful condo, well-appointed, and can’t beat the convenience! Short walk to lovely pool area and beach. (Only issue was the door lock was a little bit finicky.)We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this one again if we return to St. Augustine!

This is a great family friendly property. Easy to get to, easy in and out. The beds were super comfortable! Lots of linens and extra blankets provided. Balcony space was very nice. Loved the food trucks down by the pool, the pool is very well maintained as is the boardwalk. The bathroom, specifically the shower could have been cleaner and we did fight with ants the whole time (they were there when we got there and apparently known about as there was ant spray under the sink) and there was another bug that greeted me when reaching in the cabinet. But overall we were comfortable and would stay again.

Awesome Weekend Getaway!

This property was as described, fantastic view, close to restaurants, tourist destinations and the property managers were very accommodating to our family. We will definitely visit again.

We enjoyed our stay here. If you have kids def bring them here. It was great seeing about 20 kids all playing kickball together in the evenings.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean and comfortable condo. The view was amazing. Watching the sunrise every morning was a great way to start the day. We will be back!

Oceanview Relaxation

Nice comfortable furnishings with a large balcony and beautiful oceanview. The pool was newly reburbished and well maintained. One of the 3 bedrooms was quite small and really only suitable for kids. The kitchen sink and stove could use an upgrade. All in all it was a great place to stay in a good location.

Everything was ok, but they made us rebook from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom because of construction and never lowered the price for us. We were suppose to have an ocean view and we ended up with a pool view. Not happy about that.

Great place

Property was as advertised and very clean. Well stocked kitchen with cooking supplies. We ate out mostly. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Viola’s Italian restaurant for a great experience. We had heavy construction right above our unit( tearing up tile floors!) but since we had planned a day of shopping in the morning and beach in the afternoon it didn’t bother us too much. Only disappointment was the pool was not heated and too cold to get in. We enjoyed the Pickleball court and the practice in the racquetball court. Other guests were friendly and mostly quiet. This is close to St Augustine where we were able to take in some great sites and tours. Recommend Harry’s and River & Fort for dinner. Don’t miss the tour of the fort- be sure to talk to the guards for some interesting information.

Everything we were looking for!

VERY happy with this condo!! The king size bed provided the softness we needed along with the foam firmness for our back support! We even took a pic of the mattress label to try and buy the same mattress for our own home! Kicking myself that we didn’t book additional nights! (Our fault there). If I had to find one negative thing about this condo would be the thinness of the windows allowed us to hear the next door neighbor’s convo on their balcony, BUT, they weren’t yelling, loud, or obnoxious either. Simply thin windows, not any fault of the property owner by any means!! We LOVED this place and will CERTAINLY book it again for our next St. Augustine trip!

Go ahead and book it!

This is one of the best properties we’ve rented. Very close to the beach and the pool is a wonderful option since there were news about a flesh-eating bacteria in the ocean (not necessarily in FL). My husband got paranoid after watching this in the news, so after being at the beach on our first day, we did it go again, so we stayed in the pool the rest of our vacation. It is family-oriented and it seems like everyone knows everyone. There are food trucks visiting the facilities too, they park next to the pool. We didn’t know until it’s our last day, I thought that was nice specially if you are lazy to drive. The only issue we had is getting through the gate, the code didn’t work so we had to call the number to be let in. Not a big deal, we just called throughout the duration of our stay. Overall, we had great experience and would highly recommend this place. We are already thinking of booking this property o. Our next visit to St. Augustine!

One of our best VRBO bookings

Our family had such a wonderful spring break here! We stayed end of March for 6 nights and loved it so much we stayed an extra night. We loved the location, the gated community, the very short walk to the beach and the pool. Everything was as advertised but better! The beds were amazing, so comfy! Some of the reviews said they had trouble with getting the keys. We did not. It was easy to find the office and pick up the keys and enter the gates. The view from the balcony was fantastic. We even saw dolphins! It was a great family vacation we will remember forever.

Amazing Trip

Our trip was amazing at Saint Augustine Beach, only complaint was in the paperwork the beach access code was wrong and we were stuck on the other side of the gate for almost 20 minutes before someone come to let us back in. The condo the property and the location were excellent!

Beautiful and right on the beach.

Property was exactly as described and was well stocked in the kitchen and with linens. The complex was quiet and in a great location on Butler Beach. The pool is really lovely. Would definitely stay here again.
