Honeycutt Haven ligger intill en lugn sidogata perfekt för jogging, ridning eller cykling för barnvagnar. Det bÀsta av allt Àr att det Àr mindre Àn 100 fot till stranden!


Topsail Island Àr en 26 mil barriÀrö som ligger utanför North Carolina kust ungefÀr fyrtio mil norr om Wilmington.

Absolutely wonderful vacation in North Topsail. My wife and two adult children spent a week in July (2025) at this beautiful home. The home was immaculate, incredibly comfortable and a 2 min walk from the beach. We were extremely pleased with the support we received from Amy, the host, as she was quick to respond to our Vrbo messages, before and during our stay. We look forward to spending future summer getaways at this home. Highly recommend!

Myersfamily vaca

This house was a perfect ft for our family. Evven though its not ocean front, the view from the porch is amazing. Its on a short quiet street with very easy beach access. With teenage girls, it was nice that they could go back and forth to the house without worry. Rooms were muh more spcious than

Dream beach house

Wonderful place for a great vacation . The house is so beautiful and clean . Convenient to all the shops and restaurants . Less than a minute walk to the beach. We highly recommend this outstanding beach house.

Very nice place !!

One of the nicest places I’ve ever rented . We do 1-3 trips a year and this place is top notch . Close to the beach and North topsail is great !!

Just right

Beautiful house inside and out. Loved the fact that we were so close to the beach. We could see the beach from our house. The interior of the house was very unique , lots of personality. Our stay was very enjoyable . The last day was perfect on the beach. The water was the most beautiful aqua and the temp was ideal.

Amazing Location

This house was perfect in every way! So close to the beach, perfect for families, loves the outside porch! The outside shower made everything easy! Grocery store and restaurants close! We would definitely stay here again! Perfect home just bring your own blender!

We had the best time at Honeycutt Haven! Perfect size for 9 total with 2 teenagers, and 7 adults. The loft is perfect for the younger ones to play games, etc. just great all around.

Fantastic hosts and home

If I was a selfish person I would not be honest with this review in order to keep this gem a secret. Amy and Ben are wonderful hosts. Very quick to respond to communications. The pictures of the home are 100% accurate. It is so beautiful and the cleaners left it sparkling clean. The entire family agreed that we would love to come back to this house again and again. Our new home away from home!

Fabulous spacious house within walking distance to a gorgeous beach! There is just enough room to spread out and have moments to yourself to enjoy the view of the ocean. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. The house also has a special hidden gem for children, and adults alike; I won’t give up the secret on my review but it was a lovely surprise! The host Amy is very kind, responds quickly & genuinely cares about her guests. We are already making plans to come back soon!

Great location

The only thing is this is the only vrbo that i have rented with out bedding? Makes for an extra cost when traveling but it is in the fine print! Overall great house and wonderful location.

First experience with a VRBO property was an absolute delight.

This was our first experience renting through VRBO, and we could not have been more pleased with the outcome. This property offers charm, character and a location that can't be beat on the island. We know this because our kids fell asleep in the car, so we drove around searching for a dream house while they slept. We honestly never found one worth trading this one for. While the property isn't beach front, it is close enough to offer a partial beach view from nearly every room. The rooms are spacious and the extra living space upstairs allows everyone to spread out and enjoy different activities. Our kids loved the alcove room and enjoyed listening to a rain shower on the tin roof. Unfortunately, I had to work some during the trip, but I didn't mind as the house offers custom finishes and plenty of natural light that create a sense of being on a luxurious retreat. We are already dreaming of our next trip to Topsail and hoping we can return to this gem of a rental in the future.

This house is a close walk to a beautiful beach, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It’s evident that Amy takes good care of the place. We felt very comfortable staying there, like we were visiting a friend’s home. We appreciated having a well equipped kitchen, a quality gas grill to cook on, comfortable furniture, and a fantastic porch with great view. Amy provided an email with information about the area which was also appreciated. It was a blessing to be there.

Treasured family memories

Our visit was to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We had all our kids and grandkids. This home was absolutely perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It was clean and decorated nicely. The house was laid out perfectly. The kitchen was well supplied. We had all the pots and pans and bowls needed to create our family dinners. There were so many appliances. No details were overlooked. The house is a short walk to the beach. The beach was amazing, not at all crowded. At times, we felt like we had a private beach. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck enjoying the view of the ocean. The outside shower was very convenient. There is a bonus nook that has a daybed. It was perfect for our teenage daughter. The home is beautiful and cozy, we created so many wonderful family memories during our stay. Thank you for an amazing week and thanks for sharing your beautiful home with our family.
