The WOW Factor - Million Dollar View! Unique Oversized Unit on the Ledges Point!

You have discovered the nicest condominium available in the popular Ledges Complex at the Lake of the Ozarks. This is a RARE 3 Bedroom 2 Bath unit located on the tip of the point of the complex at the water's edge! This spectacular condo offers nearly 1900 square feet of space inside and a 100 foot wrap-around deck outside overlooking the Pool with an outstanding view of the Lake's main channel!

There are many great things to list about the condo. Please, first scroll through the pictures that are worth a thousand words... Rest-assured that your family and friends will be staying in a very clean, very well-appointed condo. The Decor' and Furnishings are all very nice and Comfortable! The entertainment system features a large flat panel HDTV and a Bose home theater sound system. Bring along your laptop and log onto the INTERNET at High-Speed!

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... There's just an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

Very nice condo. Beds were very comfortable! Was very clean. Quick response by owner/manager. Have stayed in several vrbos and this one was by far best stocked with kitchen supplies!!

Absolutely the best condo we've stayed at yet. Huge deck, great view of the channel, right by pool and just a few stairs. Bunks for kids too. Loved it.

Great family trip

We had a great 4 night stay at this condo. Plenty of space for our party of 6. Wrap around deck was enjoyed in the morning and the evening. Beds were comfortable. Jason was helpful and answered questions promptly. Enjoyed the beach area the most, but pool just under condo was also fun and great for people watching. We ate in condo for most meals and found kitchen well stocked with needed items. Great trip for our 3 generation family group.

The deck was great, unfortunately it was the hottest 5 days of the yr. Could only sit on the deck early in the morning. The beach was awesome, but because of the heat, you couldn't walk on the sand. Pools were a little cloudy, not sure if it was because of the excessive heat. Great place to stay, all in all

Property is wonderful. We have a large family and this condo was perfect for it.

Absolutely have nothing bad to say. We had some mosquito problems on the deck and I guess it's been a big year for them down there. Management came right out and sprayed and it was much better. As much as I hate to say it since the deck is wonderful it might benefit from being screened in. We will be planning another trip to the Ozarks again and will definitely consider this property.

The view is fantastic. The best I've seen at the Ledges, offering; both, sunrise and sunset views from the deck. We were blessed with sunshine and 70+ degree weather. We enjoyed watching the boats drive by. The huge hot tub in master felt great. There were a few issues with the cleanliness of condo upon arrival, and a few cosmetic issues like a few light bulbs blown, a closet door off track, a screen just leaning against wall in bedroom.The fireplaces are just for looks. The cleaning issues were addressed in a timely manner.

Amazing!!

The Ozarks and The Ledges never disappoints and this condo definitely didn’t disappoint!! The spaciousnesses of this unit was incredible. The deck
even more incredible. I love that there are 2 sets of bunk beds in the 1 bedroom. Although we only had 1 child with us, I could see this being a great option if you are traveling with multiple kids!!!

Great location!

This was a great place to stay, the balcony was huge, it’s located where you can see the main channel, there is a boat rental not too far away, and it doesn’t take very long to get to restaurants, shopping, go carts, or just about anything else! We enjoyed watching the boat poker run take off one morning too!

Ideal Spot

The condo was very clean and had plenty of space. We had 2 toddlers and 6 adults and found it was a perfect space for all of us. The deck provided lovely views, fun boat watching, and plenty of entertainment space for the young ones. The condo accommodations were also very nice. Our group is ready to book this condo again!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The Lake of the Ozarks is an area we've always enjoyed vacationing. Once we were in a position to purchase a vacation home, this was our first choice! There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!

The Ledges is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. The Ledges offers the hard to find combination of outstanding main-channel views and the serenity of a peaceful no-wake cove. The complex offers two pools, one of which is just beneath the condo on the point of the property with a great view of the Lake - also a great location to enjoy the sunset. In addition, there is a sandy beach play and swim area that the kids really enjoy!
