Best house in Palmetto Dunes for a family trip. Incredible views, great layout, kitchen well stocked, fresh and clean upon arrival. I would definitely book this home again.

Glorious family respite! Peaceful, enclave that was close enough to the beach for daytime fun, & then return to the quiet beauty of the home & neighborhood. We enjoyed watching the herons as we played in the pool.

Fabulous Family Vacay!

6 Midstream was the perfect home for our family vacay! We enjoyed the beautiful resort amenities, golfed, enjoyed the beach, pool and hot tub, and even caught a couple of fish off the the backyard pier. The home was clean and the host was quick with responses when we had questions. Perfect location, close to everything! However, exclusive enough to enjoy private family time!

Summer 25 Family Vacation

Received text house was ready at 3:30pm. Easy access with door code.Nice home , beautiful view of golf course 15 minute walk to beach. Great back yard for playing games with pool and lagoon. Kitchen and grill on deck had all we needed for some home cooked meals. Weather in the 90’s used the pool a lot. Played pickleball Free but must reserve court time.Great family vacation!

Great place

Very comfortable house with a huge master bedroom and a lot of amenities that are very well thought out by the ownership. For example, poker chips and playing cards on the table for fun. Nice outdoor deck and table to eat outside with comfortable pool and hot tub. Great views of one of the greens on the golf course. For four adult golfers it was a great place to stay for the weekend.!

Winter Vacay 2023

Our stay was filled with fun and great memories! The property was exceptional and located in a prime location. We enjoyed watching the preparation of the golf course every morning while we were eating breakfast. We look forward to enjoying this property again in the future for family gatherings!

Already planning for next year!

We love this house! This is our second time visiting, this time we brought our parents. They loved having their own space in the in law apartment. It was really perfect. If we did have questions or concerns it was easy to reach a member of the property management team. Overall, a great stay!

Family vacation

It’s our 4th year in this home. Our entire family looks forward to this vacation. The pool was great. Just minutes from the beach. Plenty of rooms and private places for everyone. We’ll be back next year. The grandkids are already talking about it.

Lovely Home

The location was great! Beautiful, well equipped home (and kitchen)with comfortable beds, and the "apartment" bedroom was a nice surprise! Plenty of space for a big family. We made great memories with grandparents, grandchildren and their families. Gas grill was a plus as well as the private outdoor pool and spa. We highly recommend this property for a fun and great vacation. We LOVE the staying in Palmetto Dunes with access to the Dunes House!

Wonderful Place

We had a good time and this house is beautiful. The view from living room and two bedrooms are spectacular. We enjoyed the big open kitchen when preparing the Thanksgiving dinner. Peter is very responsive and a delight to work with. Thank you.

Don't be fooled by the photos! Home in great location literally lacking bed linens, other than old sheets. Multiple cockroach sightings. Disgusting trash bins that look like they haven't been changed since the 70's. Alert the management company (a large one with supervisor on a power trip) and you will be bullied and harassed with no resonsibility taken. I've never left a bad review on anything in my life. Had to speak up on this disappointment....

What a great house. The pictures didn't do it justice, better than expected. Plenty of room and open floor plan. Great view of the golf course from the house and the pool. So peaceful. Stocked with everything you will need to entertain. It was a pleasure talking to Peter from Low country which is the management company. Thanks for all your help and we will be back!

Beautiful, spacious home in great location

This home was more spacious than the pictures. Plenty of room for 6 of us. The location inside Palmetto Dunes was perfect. Pickleball courts, biking (there are 4 bikes), and beautiful beach. The pool is not heated, but for an extra fee, the hot tub can be heated, which we enjoyed. Kitchen was well stocked to prepare our own meals, and we also used the grill. The house was very clean, and the master suite was huge. We will be coming back again!

I thought the home definitely met our needs. I appreciated the fact that you got us some beach towels but wished that was communicated to us prior to the trip. You responded promptly to our concern about the landscapers blowing discharge into the pool. One small item and that is the cover over the light in the master bathroom toilet was all yellowed and didn't provide much light. In all likelihood we would rent this home again.

Wasps!

The wasps were so bad the property manager had to get the exterminator to come out. My grown son ended up at urgent care because of the wasps. This was after we sprayed and the manager sprayed. The ice maker didn’t make any ice until Tuesday. We arrived on Saturday. The manager brought us 4 bags of ice to help. There was no information on how things work such as the awning or what is included with the tvs. There were plenty of extra pillows but I never found any pillowcases. We enjoyed the location and being together.

Nice week in my favorite vacation spot

The home is so roomy that you probably won’t even use part of it! Two supersized masters with large bathrooms! My husband and I slept well on our bed. We loved the showers so much! Was excited to use the jetted tub and sent for salts only to find the jets didn’t work however. That was a bummer! My son & wife and his 3 kids had plenty of room in the other master which had two chair beds. That room also had an extra fridge that was so handy! My daughter and hubby had a queen bed but said it was not a comfortable bed at all unfortunately. The twin room was used by my granddaughter and friend. Cons were lots of steps coming in to home. Like 16 or more. When you go down to the pool it is the same. The hot tub jets aren’t strong enough.

The house was perfect for our family vacation! Kitchen was well equipped, rooms spacious and comfortable, easy bike ride to the beach, great garage space for bikes and several beach toys and chairs available. Would definitely stay again!

Best vaca !!

We loved the location of 6 midstream. As a mom of two toddlers traveling with another family with three toddlers, having a pool and being on a dead end road was ideal! Kids were able to swim and ride bikes/scooters down the road without traffic! Approximately 1 mile away from the beach with shuttle access simplifies traveling to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!
