Från vardagsrummet är det rymliga köket med trägolv, alla nya apparater, frukostbord och bar, och en dörr till ett stort bakdäck med utsikt över poolen och spaet, lagunen, golfbanan och bryggan.
Intill köket finns ett stort familjerum med välvda tak, bekväma sittplatser och en stor plattskärms-TV med hemmabiosystem.

Denna enda historia unik planlösning erbjuder två sovrum. Den första mästaren har en bekväm king size-säng, 40 "TV, stort badrum med bubbelbadkar och dubbel fåfänga och en stor klädkammare. Den andra mästaren är en komplett suite med en queen size-säng, ett litet kök med handfat, full storlek kylskåp och mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, matbord och sittgrupp med TV / DVD och två utdragbara enkelsängar. Denna svit har sitt eget rullstolsutrustade badrum med inbyggd dusch med inbyggd sits.

Det tredje rymliga sovrummet med en queen size-säng delar ett badrum med det fjärde sovrummet, utrustat med enkelsängar.

Great place

Very comfortable house with a huge master bedroom and a lot of amenities that are very well thought out by the ownership. For example, poker chips and playing cards on the table for fun. Nice outdoor deck and table to eat outside with comfortable pool and hot tub. Great views of one of the greens on the golf course. For four adult golfers it was a great place to stay for the weekend.!

Winter Vacay 2023

Our stay was filled with fun and great memories! The property was exceptional and located in a prime location. We enjoyed watching the preparation of the golf course every morning while we were eating breakfast. We look forward to enjoying this property again in the future for family gatherings!

Already planning for next year!

We love this house! This is our second time visiting, this time we brought our parents. They loved having their own space in the in law apartment. It was really perfect. If we did have questions or concerns it was easy to reach a member of the property management team. Overall, a great stay!

Family vacation

It’s our 4th year in this home. Our entire family looks forward to this vacation. The pool was great. Just minutes from the beach. Plenty of rooms and private places for everyone. We’ll be back next year. The grandkids are already talking about it.

Lovely Home

The location was great! Beautiful, well equipped home (and kitchen)with comfortable beds, and the "apartment" bedroom was a nice surprise! Plenty of space for a big family. We made great memories with grandparents, grandchildren and their families. Gas grill was a plus as well as the private outdoor pool and spa. We highly recommend this property for a fun and great vacation. We LOVE the staying in Palmetto Dunes with access to the Dunes House!

Wonderful Place

We had a good time and this house is beautiful. The view from living room and two bedrooms are spectacular. We enjoyed the big open kitchen when preparing the Thanksgiving dinner. Peter is very responsive and a delight to work with. Thank you.

Awesome Time

What a great house. The pictures didn't do it justice, better than expected. Plenty of room and open floor plan. Great view of the golf course from the house and the pool. So peaceful. Stocked with everything you will need to entertain. It was a pleasure talking to Peter from Low country which is the management company. Thanks for all your help and we will be back!

Beautiful, spacious home in great location

This home was more spacious than the pictures. Plenty of room for 6 of us. The location inside Palmetto Dunes was perfect. Pickleball courts, biking (there are 4 bikes), and beautiful beach. The pool is not heated, but for an extra fee, the hot tub can be heated, which we enjoyed. Kitchen was well stocked to prepare our own meals, and we also used the grill. The house was very clean, and the master suite was huge. We will be coming back again!

Wasps!

The wasps were so bad the property manager had to get the exterminator to come out. My grown son ended up at urgent care because of the wasps. This was after we sprayed and the manager sprayed. The ice maker didn’t make any ice until Tuesday. We arrived on Saturday. The manager brought us 4 bags of ice to help. There was no information on how things work such as the awning or what is included with the tvs. There were plenty of extra pillows but I never found any pillowcases. We enjoyed the location and being together.

Nice week in my favorite vacation spot

The home is so roomy that you probably won’t even use part of it! Two supersized masters with large bathrooms! My husband and I slept well on our bed. We loved the showers so much! Was excited to use the jetted tub and sent for salts only to find the jets didn’t work however. That was a bummer! My son & wife and his 3 kids had plenty of room in the other master which had two chair beds. That room also had an extra fridge that was so handy! My daughter and hubby had a queen bed but said it was not a comfortable bed at all unfortunately. The twin room was used by my granddaughter and friend. Cons were lots of steps coming in to home. Like 16 or more. When you go down to the pool it is the same. The hot tub jets aren’t strong enough.

Family Fun

We love this house. We have been coming to HHI for over 30 years with our growing family. We have stayed at this house the past 3 years. We always have a great time with beach time, stroller walks, golf, pool time and lots of family games. We can't wait to come back next year!

Soo nice!

If you're looking for relaxing in a comfortable well appointed home in palmetto dunes, this does the trick. One level, split bedroom design, oversized garage, nice pool, golf course view and pool...very suitable for multi couples having separate space for privacy and also communal space for dinners and drinks and fun. It was well appointed with all the necessary items in kitchen and baths. The bikes are in decent shape but not nearly as easy to ride as rentals, but certainly usable. I'm a palmetto dunes fan and this is my favorite location so far. Will rent it again.

Beautiful Home- perfect location

Such a gorgeous bright and airy home. Close to the beach with a beautiful view of golf course in our back yard. Place was super clean, spacious and accommodating for our family of 6. Will definitely book again!

Fabulous Stay

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this home. There was adequate space for three different couples. The home was lovely and the backyard views of the lagoon with the birds was beautiful. The only thing in the house that needs a little bit of attention are the showers. The rest of the house is updated and lovely. The kitchen is even fully stocked. Would stay in this home again. Peter was also great to work with. He answered my text quickly.

Palmetto Dunes Family Vacation

My husband and I with our 4 adult children and two grandkids really enjoyed the house at 6 Midstream. Perfect for large families. The large suite with kitchenette was great for my daughter, husband, two kids to utilize. The pool was the highlight! A must I think. Hotter then Haiti in August! Came fully equipped with basically everything you would need. The 4 bikes and beach chairs were pretty beat up though. House needs a little updating here and there; showers, outdoor paint…indoor vents and screens were really dirty/dusty. A hike to beach.

Great Family Vacation 2021

We had a great time with our family in this house. We have been coming to HHI for 29ish years. Our growing family needed more space. This house is perfect for us. Beautiful views and fun backyard for games and swimming. The house has a lot of space to spread out for all of us. We love cooking and playing games each evening. We always look forward to next summer at our favorite place.
