Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, fun filled weekend or RnR while attending local college graduations- our lake property has everything you need for unforgettable stay!

-Caretaker is local/on property for assisting with any needs/questions.
-Driveway parking can easily fit 3 cars, if bringing a boat - contact owner for availability/policies.
Security & Quietness:
We have cameras outside for safety and peace/quiet- Please no wild parties or events, there are no cameras in the home's interior & we ask you observe quiet hours from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
Pets:
If you have a pet - please contact owner for case by case basis/additional fee to bring companion.
Outdoors:
We have kayaks/life jackets available by request if you'd like to explore and enjoy the lake at leisure. And light fishing equipment.

In the heart of Seneca Lake wine country- you'll be in close proximity to award winning wineries/breweries in the area & Wegmans/Lowes/Del Lago Casino/Waterloo Outlet Malls all within 15/20 minutes.
Important information:
Late Check-Out Policy- we will accommodate checkouts up to 11 am at no additional cost, subject to availability and no conflicts with cleaning schedule. Any late checkouts will be charged half nightly rate to ensure prompt turnover for next guest's arrival.
Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy. There will be a fine for bringing extra guests to the property & daytime guests must be approved by the owner.
This property runs on delicate plumbing- "lake rules" ie it is critical NO items other than toilet paper (only when necessary) are flushed down the toilet & only 1 load of laundry washed per day per washing machine (one at ground floor apartment and one at main floor). Fines will be enforced for any plumbing issues/repair.
Government issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, fees may apply.
Each floor is ~1500 sq ft. large staircase connects upstairs to downstairs.

"My best friend with his son and I built this home in 2012. After retiring from 40+ years as Cornell University professor, my wife & I wanted to share our lake house as a place for other families to enjoy the natural beauty of Seneca Lake. I planted the grape vines in 2017 to border the creek and in 2023, we redid the patio, installing the fire pit by the dock. We hope you will find it as peaceful and relaxing as we have, welcome to our home away from home."

The apartment is only about 150 feet from the shoreline. We have a great dock that extends out into Seneca Lake. A very quiet neighborhood. Lots of wildlife. Peaceful. A place to 'get away'.

The location and the ease of using the property and the features of Seneca Lake. We have kayaks and floats etc. YOu can rent a pontoon boat from the Local Marina for like $250 for whole day.
