This spacious and freshly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat is tucked into a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Fort Myers Beach. Youâll love how easy it is to get around â whether youâre strolling to the nearby grocery store, Target, or Walmart, or heading out for a day of sun, sand, and adventure.
Our place is designed with comfort in mind, whether youâre here for a family getaway, a friendsâ trip, or a work-from-anywhere escape. High-speed internet (1,000 Mbps!) makes it a breeze to stream, video chat, or work on multiple devices at once.

GARBAGE: for long stays, garbage/recycling pick-up is Wednesday morning. Bins are located just inside the fenced-in gates facing the street on either side of the house. They can be left on the street on Tuesday night.
SMOKING: allowed outside. Ash trays located on back patio.

For check-in you'll be given a unique smart lock code to access your private unit, fully equipped with all necessities including laundry, kitchen, bathroom, and appropriate amenities.

This neighborhood is such a great central location - 8 minutes from beach, 15 minutes from downtown, 25 minutes to Sanibel Island - and has INCREDIBLE restaurants & cafes in the area. Plenty of diners & stores in the area too.
This area is a GREAT representation of what Fort Myers has to offer, the place I've come to love calling home.
