Location and Beach Luxe

Fantastic location and accommodations. In town for a family wedding and it was a perfect location - steps to the beach, short distance to the venue and easy walking distance to the boardwalk. House is very well appointed and has everything you need for a great vacation!

Wonderful

Moondock is probably the best waterfront vacation rental in Rehoboth. Perfect view of the beach and waves. Right at the north end of the Boardwalk. An easy walk to the restaurants in town.

Another Perfect Stat at the Moondock

The Moondock is perfect located right at the quieter north end of the beach with a great deck overlooking the wave. A short walk to all the restaurants and stores in town. Lovely house. Another wonderful stay at the beach.

Great house, great location!!

2 couples and 4 kids have been staying at Rehoboth Beach for the last 5 Memorial Days. This house was far and away the nicest with the best location. Caren was a delight to work with as well. Strongly recommend.

Moon dock 1 Rehoboth Beach

The process to rent this property could not have been easier. We were six adults a toddler and an infant. The property was well designed and beautifully decorated. It is perfectly located near the beach and boardwalk. We had a wonderful vacation there and would definitely recommend it!!

Exceptional property

We had a wonderful stay in Rehoboth. This home was just as gorgeous and perfectly located as the listing indicated. We spent more time outside on the decks than we did inside. The kitchen was well stocked with more than the basics needed for a group of avid home cooks. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

The dream is real

The home itself is lovely—especially the master suite; but add to the interior space the AMAZING DECK SPACES, the PROXIMITY to both the beach and downtown Rehoboth, and the MAGNIFICENT VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS, and this rental far exceeded our expectations. This is the perfect combination of comfort and luxury.

Lulled to Sleep by the Crashing of Waves Against the Shore

I had a splendid time. It’s a testament to the house that notwithstanding truly wretched weather two days straight, I still enjoyed my stay. Nothing beats walking on the beach or falling asleep to the crashing or lapping waves as they land ashore. For that, this property can’t be beat.

Unplugging with family and friends

House was great! Perfect location just north of the boardwalk. My favorite thing was the porches! Nothing like a beautiful sunrise with a cup of coffee and a book to start the day. Having the screened porches was perfect, especially in the evenings. Our family had a wonderful time and we hope to return again next year!

This beach house is perfect! Where do I start! The house is right at the beachfront and has direct beach access which was great! The home is beautiful and has a wonderful patio area. We spent most of our time on the patio and the views were gorgeous! The owner (Caren) is so sweet and answered all my questions quickly prior to and during our stay. The accommodations were perfect! I will definitely look forward to staying here again!! Thanks for a perfect and memorable week!!

We had a great visit!

We enjoyed Labor Day weekend at 38 Surf. The location is great - right across from the beach. The boardwalk is right around the corner - but you would not know it when in the house or on the patios. the neighborhood around the house is very pedestrian friendly for walks and biking with the family. We loved the outdoor decks all times of the day. On arrival the house was very clean, kitchen and tableware ready to go. We will look to visit again.

Issues, but great service

Great location, beautiful house. Our issue: The previous guests left behind an undeniable "pet smell", but the ReMax team was extremely proactive in doing everything possible to mitigate the smell and make us comfortable. By the end of our stay the smell was almost unnoticeable.
