1. Due to owners' allergies, cats are NOT allowed on the property at any time. Two dogs are permitted. Violation of this policy will result in a $200 fine. Damage caused by a pet or failure to follow GTA pet policies will also incur a fine.

4. This townhome sleeps six and uses keyless entry.
5. You must be 21 or older at the time of booking and present during the entire stay. We do not allow third party bookings.

It is a unique destination found within a fun-filled resort, surrounded by scenic nature, located in a rural community, yet near a charming, historic waterfront town! We respond to all messages ASAP and have thoroughly enjoyed the many wonderful guests we have had the privilege to host!

This Golf Villa is located in a wooded area near the North Course. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Our townhome has it's own semi-private HOA outdoor pool in addition to the Galena Territory Club indoor and outdoor pools. There are also several hiking and walking trails nearby.
