Sail Harbour is a Gated community of Lovely Townhomes nestled in the Healthpark area, built in 2006, this gorgeous 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom home is within walking distance to the hospitals, minutes from some of the best beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment that Southwest Florida has to offer. A Light & Bright, Open Living Area on the first floor. The home features Tray Ceilings, Tile throughout the first floor, full Kitchen with Walk-In Pantry & Breakfast Bar, Loft, Large Screened Lanai, and 1-Car Garage. Master Suite has two Walk-In Closets, Tray Ceiling, Dual Vanities, Garden Tub, and Walk-In Shower. The Guest Bedroom includes an En-Suite Bathroom and Walk-In Closet. Relax by the neighborhood pool with lake & fountain views just a few steps away, or take a quick trip to Sanibel Island or Fort Myers Beach.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole townhome and the community pool at Sail Harbour
Other Things to Note:
Guests are required to complete the rental agreement and also the Sail Harbour association renter approval application
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available as often as needed but provide guests the space they desire to enjoy themselves
