Ta med dina surf- eller paddelbrädor !!!! och gå ner på din semi-privata stig (delas med endast 4 hem) till en av de mest orörda vita sandstränderna i Montauk. Föreställ dig att du inte behöver ta itu med Ditch Plains parkering! men Beach Pass ingår! Detta två sovrum har ett öppet vardagsrum och matplats med separat genomkök. Det är ett kort avstånd till staden (du kan gå) och är nära några av de bästa restaurangerna som ENE och Harvest. Det är smakfullt inredda med TV och WiFi. Perfekt för par eller liten familj. Det finns utemöbler, ett bord för 6 och en gasgrill. Hundvänlig, vi accepterar små, medelstora och icke-kasta hundar.

Beautiful

This cottage on the water is fantastic. Steps away from the beach, cozy cottage, all new amenities, and a great host. Perfect location close to everything. We had an amazing stay.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Montauk your search has ended. This is a gorgeous house with a wonderful view and great location. It has a very well stocked and spacious kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. The location is prime you can walk to beach or into town. You will not regret booking this gem.

Fabulous kitchen with really well thought out items in stock. So close to beach and walk to town was easy. Jeanne was very prompt in replying to each question we had. We were blessed with great weather, too.

Great spot for our family of 4!

We had a fantastic stay at this oceanview cottage! Everything was as promised in the listing. The house was impeccably clean and our host Jeanne was super responsive and had everything ready for us. The house is right across from the beach - you can't ask for a better location. A great trip looking forward to doing it again!

Perfect Property

There is no other place I would want to stay at in Montauk. Jeanne is the best host and has the most wonderful cottages. I love vintage and this is a true slice of old Montauk. Beautiful views, perfect location, amazing beach access and the wonderful old world feel of the cottage is truly the icing on the cake!

Delightful beach cottage

Spent a relaxing long weekend at the cottage. Well done renovation that blends the vintage charm with modern kitchen and bath. We cooked most meals in well equipped kitchen. Ideal for small family or friends who don’t mind sharing a bathroom. Location right on Old Montauk Highway so took multiple beach walks. If there for longer, might rent bikes to ease getting into town as parking gets nuts.

Property surpassed all of our expectations, and then some.

Property was immaculate with all amenities clean and available. The views and proximity to the ocean were hypnotizing. Our host was spot on, available and most accommodating. I highly recommend this property. We enjoyed a perfect Thanksgiving weekend and hope to return again soon. mjw

Listing totally represents this property - simple, clean, comfortable easy to care for and stay in, amazing location. Host was accessible and made everything easy. I went myself with my dog - it was perfect for that for a week!

Location, location, location..that was the best quality of the house.

Not much effort was put into making the house charming. Two lights in one of the bedrooms did not work. But the location of the house was key..right across the street from a lovely stretch of beach which we enjoyed very much.

Sharon I am so sorry the lamps were not operating and both of them! Maybe the prior guest had unplugged them for use of the plugs for their own personal devices at the nightstands. Wish you has told me during your stay, I would have plugged them back in. I am so sorry that happened and will make sure the cleaners know to check this in the future. Yes this is a very charming 1940s ocean view 2 bedroom/1bath cottage that has gotten so many great reviews and has made so many families very comfortable for their Montauk visit. Jeanne

Wonderful getaway

Had a great time and the cottage was very comfortable and right across the street from the beach. Very easy to check in and out and Jeanne was very helpful and communicative the entire stay. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Week at the beach

House is cute and comfy with everything we needed to escape the city for a week with a couple of friends. The house is walking distance to town and close to all the main restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

SoloTime for me

Every so often I need "get away time just for me." -No husband to cook for, or cater to his choice of activity.. This was MY TIME -just me & ME. I wrote in my journal, meandered on the beach, listened to the surf at night-had Never seen Soo many stars in the darkdark sky! A quiet comfy cottage, well cared for: My host communicated w/ me, as check in approached. It was Perfect!
