Ligger tvärs över Gamla Montauk motorvägen från vackra Montauk Beach. Privat balkong med fantastisk havsutsikt, uppvärmd pool, tvätt på premissen, och mycket mer!

Sovrum med en queen size-säng (helt nya lyxiga madrasser madrass och rutan våren köpt den här vintern! aldrig varit sov på!) och en drottning utdragbar soffa i vardags rum- sover 4 vuxna eller 2 vuxna och 2 barn bekvämt.

The condo was neat and clean. The ocean views were fantastic! Loved to be able to walk into downtown Montauk and or walk across the street to the beach or down a few steps to the pool!! Great stay!

Great stay in our favorite place!

Great stay! We love the property at Atlantic Bluffs. The condo was clean. Updated bathroom and new mattress and plenty of linens for the week. Communication with the host was always quick with detailed responses! We would definitely stay again! Thank you for opening your home to us!

After season getaway

Upon arrival the unit was not cleaned so I reached out to owner who was very responsive. Cleaning crew came and took care of it in a timely fashion. Host handled promptly and made up for the inconvenience. Very cute condo across from beach.

Amazing Montauk condo!!!

This property was even better than advertised and was more than my friends and I could have even imagined for our Montauk weekend. We had plenty of room and whole property was perfect. Will definitely be staying here again!

Spectacular views

We had a beautiful stay. Waking up in the morning watching the dolphins and whales with a cup of coffee, ending the evening with a cold glass of wine with appetizers watching the fishing boats head home. Perfect relaxation! Condo had all that was needed as if at home. Great walking distance to town. Beautiful beach steps away.

Affordable unit on beach. Don’t bring kids.

My two kids (11 & 13) had a lovely week at this property (the Atlantic Bluffs) which is a condo unit on Old Montauk Highway across from the beach and a mile’s drive/15 min walk to town. The unit was clean, has updated bathroom and kitchen was well equipped. Aside from bathroom, unit is older and could use some updating. There isn’t a washer or dryer which made beach and pool a bit hectic with wet towels and such. The condo doesn’t allow drying of towels or clothes on porch which faces ocean so it was tough with kids. Honestly, I don’t think the condo is well suited for children in general. The pool closes at 7pm which my kids were disappointed about. Also, there isn’t a ton of privacy when you’re out on your porch. Units are close together and the porches all face each other. However, the view of the ocean and the few minutes walk to the beautiful beach makes up for a lot of that. Beach is never very crowded either. I think it’s best suited for a couple. I’d come back without my kids.

Momtauk 2021

This was our second annual family gathering in Montauk honoring our Mom who passed away. My Dad and Mom fell in love in Montauk so we celebrate her here. The condo was perfect and my Father and sister enjoyed the week. The beach is easily accessible. The condo is the perfect size and close to everything. We enjoyed cooking and eating on the patio overlooking the ocean. I highly recommend!!!

All about the view

The view from the condo and deck is so fantastically you need nothing else! The condo is compact but very nice and exactly what we needed. Great place.

Whale watching in Montauk at the Bluffs

Your condo is lovely. We loved having coffee outside experiencing whales was an extra magical calming touch. My mom, 83 very much enjoyed Montauk, we haven’t been there in decades... seafood is the best!

Wonderful Ocean Retreat!

Communicating with the owner, Bonnie, was a dream! The property is very well kept, grounds, pool, common areas are SO clean. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy Montauk for the week. The balcony has unobstructed views of the ocean, perfect spot for a sunrise coffee, enjoying a meal with family, or just relaxing. Close to town, walk across the street to the beach. We will be back!

Great summer retreat

We stayed for a week in July. The place is lovely and comfortable. Right across the beach. There is a nice pool and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. We spent time on the deck overlooking the ocean. It was just great.

Perfect MTK getaway!

This condo was the perfect place for a Montauk getaway! I went with 3 friends and it was a great setup for what we needed. Outside deck, bed, really comfortable pullout, super clean and cozy with beachy vibes. Keypad lock made it very easy. Not a ton of space for privacy from your guests if that is what you are looking for, but me and my friends loved that about it. Incredible ocean views and nice pool. Really couldn't ask for anything else for a beach weekend. Ari, the property manager was awesome, super responsive and nice. Would definitely recommend!

June weekend in Montauk

Our family of three enjoyed our stay at Ari’s place. Even so the pool wasn’t opened that weekend, we had a great time. We went to Breakers for free public access pool, delicious breakfasts and nice happy hour. Nice and clean apartment with a beautiful ocean view from outdoor patio.
