Outdoor sitting area with grill to enjoy the outdoors! This condo is perfect for someone who wants to enjoy Austin and the surroundings areas.

This condo can comfortably sleep 4 and features:
- 2 bedrooms - both with new queen mattresses with duvet comforters, nightstands, lamps, and a rug.
- New appliances and furnishings throughout.
- 1 tiled bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

GREAT LOCATION!

This place was absolutely wonderful and the host Sherrie was very accommodating and happy to help! My Dad & I traveled to Austin for an event at COTA and the location is very convenient for getting to & from the track and airport. Walk to South Congress bars, restaurants & shopping. Beautiful, safe, quiet & walkable neighborhood. Highly recommend for two individual travelers or two couples who don’t mind sharing a bathroom. The space and bedrooms were very comfortable with all the essentials you would need. Will definitely stay again when in Austin!
