As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living space that sleeps up to 4 guests. The room features a comfortable queen-sized murphy bed and a queen sofa bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. The highlight of this condo is undoubtedly the private balcony where you can savor breathtaking ocean views and refreshing sea breezes.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials you need for preparing delicious meals during your stay. You'll find a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a selection of spices for culinary adventures.

Entertainment and connectivity are at your fingertips with complimentary WiFi, and YouTube TV, Hulu, and Disney+ provided. The condo is equipped with heat and air conditioning, ensuring your comfort no matter the season. Fresh sheets and towels are provided, and you'll also find a starter set of toiletries including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

During the summer months, take advantage of the outdoor pool for a refreshing dip or soak up the sun lounging by the water. For added convenience, there's paid laundry facilities available in the building. Parking won't be an issue as you'll have one assigned spot reserved just for you.

Parking: Please park in space #25. There will be a parking pass in your unit for your car.
Only FRONT-IN parking is allowed!

Linens and towels are included with booking!
Included:
-Linens for each bed
-Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth)
-A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the trash chute on the common walkway.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please wash them with the provided dish detergent.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

When you arrive you may notice some temporary posts on the west side of the building. These have been put up in preparation for renovations that will take place in the fall of 2025 (yes, they were put up way too early!) Please disregard them. They should not effect your stay in any way.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
