Public beach access with bathrooms located less than 1 mile away and Camp Helen State Park 2 miles for a quiet beach experience.
This 2 story, 2 family room home has all bedrooms on the second floor with 2 1/2 baths. You'll have a generous sized living room and family room to gather, play games or watch a movie. The kitchen, dining area and second room are all open to allow you to cook and visit at the same time. You will also find the laundry room to cut down on how much you have to pack, The back deck is perfect for sitting and relaxing in the shade provided by the trees while you cook out on the grill.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
This small, quiet neighborhood is a hidden gem. Walk to 30 Avenue for food, fun and entertainment or take the underground tunnel to all that 30A has to offer. The heated community pool is just 1 house away and offers a pool house and tranquility.
