The house was very clean. It was spacious that 5 people with 4 kids can play around. Home has a lot of stuffs required for beach. Everything works well for families.

Great Stay near Rosemary Beach, FL!

The house was very clean and spacious. A lot of the homes available to rent around this area offer 3 and 4 bedrooms, but they are in very close proximity, not giving family much room to spread out. This house was perfect and we had more room than we imagined we needed! Pictures represent the home well and I would say the home is even better in person. Easy check in process and quick responses when needed. Would certainly stay here again.

Quiet Neighborhood

Lovely home was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 4 tween/teenagers. Comfy furniture and beds, kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. Neighborhood was quiet and safe to let kids ride to shops on their own. We walked to 30A for dinner and biked to Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Beach shops/restaurants. We packed up cars for beach days to Inlet Beach and thoroughly enjoyed clean beach and warm beautiful gulf. Thanks so much for 7 beach cruisers!!!! We also rented a pontoon boat one afternoon and enjoyed a girls day art session at Sun Bear Gallery. Another fun family vacation - many thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay. The whole family was able to come including our dog, Chewee. The home was nicely laid out but not as spacious as pictures looked. I would still recommend 100%
