Perfect quiet little spot, yet so close to town. Bed was fantastically comfortable. The stock of coffee, wine and water was certainly a nice inclusion. The small fridge and microwave were ample. Top notch linens and towels. Ans most importantly it was exceptionally clean.

Quiet and cozy

2 bottles of water and bottle of wine in fridge. Has golf carts available. Parking for carts all taken care of. Everything was great

Great Fourth of July Weekend!

The property is great! Very clean and comfortable; well decorated, all kinds of little extras like coffee, bottled water and a bottle of wine. My partner really appreciated the make-up removal wipes. Great A/C on a hot and humid weekend. Skip was very helpful at check in, and the location is perfect. We'll definitely be back.

Terrific stay at the Toledo house

Amazing property and so close to everything! We stayed in the C suite which is the top floor part of the house. It’s exactly as advertised, the perfect place for couples. The place was VERY clean, Communication was brief, but that’s all we needed. All of the amenities offered were very thoughtful.

Enjoyed 3 days close to all the things we wanted to do. Very nice and responsive host. Saved us as we had our cart rental cancelled and Skip had one available

The perfect place to stay in PIB

My first time visiting PIB and this was the perfect place. Steps away from the restaurants and nightlife. Right around the corner from the beach and Jet Express ferry. We rented the golf cart and loved our complimentary wine and water. It’s right next door to an ice cream shop. The host was more than helpful. Will book again when we come back!

Very clean and excellent location

The unit was very clean and exactly as pictured. The unit had it's own air conditioning, the bed was comfortable and clean and thw bathroom was nice. It was only a 5 minute walk from the jet express ferry, and less than a 2 minute walk to all of the action downtown. We rented the golf cart for one day which was cheaper than anywhere else and they also had a parking permit for it. I highly recommended this property. whichcheaper rhan any

Perfect place in great location

The place was perfect. Everything was as described and clean. For us the location was great. It's just a short walk to all the action. We rented the golf cart for one day which was a nice addition to have right there at the rental. Just a note: there are quite a few stairs to get to the top floor unit we were in. It's not a problem for us but something to consider if you have trouble with steps. He does have lower units and I'm sure they are just as nice. The only negative was we only had 2 wash clothes but 6 towels. Probably just an oversite and I'm sure he would have brought us more if we had asked. Overall it will be our choice of place to stay if in PIB in the future.

Great location and easy in/out

Well renovated and very comfortable. Very clean. Close to everything. Skip was easy going and met us there for check in. Gave us the golf cart keys the day before we wanted it so we could just go in the morning. Nice coffee set up and microwave.

Convenient Location, Amazing Host

The house is located walking distance from downtown, which is helpful if you are trying to avoid paying for parking. Skip was an amazing host, if you need anything while you're on the island he is the guy to know. When we rolled in our bumper had gotten damaged from road debris on I-75 and Skip helped us find a mechanic that got us fixed up in 24 hrs so that we had a safe vehicle to get home (Also highly recommending Duff's if you run into car trouble). We will be booking with Skip again, either at the Toledo House or his other amazing property that he was kind enough to show us, Lakefront Farm.

Perfect spot at the Bay

We are long time visitors to the island. The Toledo House's newly renovated rooms are really, really nice. Very clean. Total bonus having a bedroom separate from the living room area. And the coffee area with a fridge and microwave was really nice. Close by downtown. Easy walk to the main strip. We will totally stay here again.

Location, Location, Location…..The Toledo House is located downtown PIB. Directly across from the bus depot from the Miller Ferry. A short walk to the Perry’s Monument, the bathing beach, DiRivera park, the Jet Express, and all the bars and restaurants downtown.
