The community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Availability is subject to change at the discretion of the HOA.

Summer vacation

Quiet community with close access to the beach. Kitchen amenities for cooking weren’t that great but we made it work. If you’re looking for a no frills cottage with close access to the beach, this is a great rental for a multi-family vacation.

A good time was had by all

the house was perfect for 4 couples and 2 young children. The 4 bathrooms was a huge plus and the 2 connecting rooms and shared bathroom was perfect for my daughter / son in law and 2 kids. We don’t use hot tubs in hot weather but it did get used on the one rainy day. Plenty of decks whether you wanted to sit in the sun or the shade. Really close to the beach and the communal pool was very nice. PS. No complaints about the beds) that’s always a plus.

Great location

This is a spacious house that is in dire need of some serious repairs that weren’t addressed by Vacasa during our stay. Needs a lot of TLC. It is conveniently located to the beach, pool, restaurants etc. the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, etc. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was nice and well maintained. The deck off the 3rd floor needs to be replaced. Don’t walk out there barefoot!

Great family long weekend!

We had our extended family join us for a Long Beach weekend and the house was wonderful. Great common area where we cooked and hung out and easy walking access right to the beach. Will look to stay here again!

The Perfect Beach House

This house was in a great location, close to the beach, places to eat, and things to do. The house was very spacious, clean, and the hot tub worked great! We would definitely book this house again the next time we are in the Outer Banks!

Great location and layout

Perfect for a larger family with pets or two/three couples sharing place. Stone's throw from beach, well maintained, dog-friendly unit and neighborhood, and close to many amenities. We would definitely rent again.

Room for everyone!

Home set up well with bedrooms and baths ! Pool is so close to house and very nice. Beach access right across the street and easy walk! Nice home and enjoyed our stay!

Nice house right next to the beach, grocery store and lots of good restaurants.

Definitely enjoyed our stay. House has everything you need for a week or two at the beach. If you like to cook like we do we suggest you bring your own pans and knives (like any rental home really). The house is setup well for a beach house and it's located in a prime location of Nags Head.

September getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Summer Haven with our family of 4. Highly recommend visiting Corolla if you get the opportunity…45 minute drive. This home is central to just about everything and very convenient. Super close to beach. 5 minute or less walk across the street. Our kids loved it. The hot tub was nice to relax in out on the deck as well. First time using Vacasa. Will not be the last for sure.

Family vacation

The house was great. Easy walk to beach. Close to everything. We were impressed with the house, how clean it was and how easy to move in for the week. We had seven of us stay with wide open space in the house.
