The Cottage
Welcome to our spacious and modern 1200 sqft cottage, nestled in a picturesque setting along the tranquil Battenkill River. With its beautiful hardwood floors, tall ceilings, and abundant natural light streaming through expansive windows, our cottage offers a serene retreat for your getaway.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting open layout, highlighted by a well-appointed kitchen boasting ample counter space and cabinets. Whether you're cooking a gourmet meal or simply enjoying a cup of coffee, you'll appreciate the functionality and style of this space.

The cottage features two cozy bedrooms, each offering a comfortable sleeping experience. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. Additionally, a loft area provides two twin XL beds, perfect for accommodating additional guests or family members.

One of the highlights of our cottage is its stunning views of the Battenkill River, visible from many vantage points throughout the home. Imagine waking up to the gentle sounds of the river and enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the peaceful scenery.

For your convenience, the cottage is equipped with a washer and dryer, allowing you to refresh your wardrobe after outdoor adventures or simply unwind with clean linens.
