Nestled in the trees and situated directly on the golf course in Tahoe Donner, this newly updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath classic Truckee cabin is your perfect mountain getaway all year round! Nicely furnished with an updated kitchen and bathrooms, this home can comfortably sleep 7. Chef s kitchen is fully equipped and offers stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. Wind down after a great day of mountain fun on the large sunny deck. Enjoy all the great amenities included within the Tahoe Donner Association.

- Kitchen: New Carrera Quartz countertops, fully stocked with stainless steel appliances including, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, built-in microwave, coffee maker, and more
- Dining Room: Seating for up to 6, counter bar seating for 2
- Living Room: Seating for 8, wood burning stove, and flat screen TV, access to back deck
- Bedroom #1: King bed that sleeps 2, Ensuite Bathroom
- Bedroom #2: Queen bed that sleeps 2
- Bedroom #3: Queen bed with a twin trundle that pulls out, TV
- Ensuite Bathroom: Full bath with shower/tub, sink, and toilet
- Bathroom 2: bath with shower, sink, and toilet
- Laundry: Laundry room with washer and dryer available for guests
- Back deck: Gas grill, deck furniture, overlooking golf course
Parking:
- Carport: Parking for 1 car (no truck or SUV)

Tahoe Donner Amenities: As part of your rental you will have 6 guest passes that will allow up to 1 guest per card to access Tahoe Donner facilities including pools, hot tub, children's play center, tennis, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow play area, golf, driving range, beach access at nearby Donner Lake, boat rentals, fitness center, horseback riding, campground, and an extensive system of hiking trails. Tahoe Donner does charge an entry fee upon arrival that is charged per person per day. Children 2 and under are free. For more information about Tahoe Donner's amenities and current pricing we recommend visiting their website. *AMENITY UPDATE: Beginning Sept. 2, all pools and hot tubs at Trout Creek Rec Center will close for a renovation project, with reopening estimated for mid-December. During this time, the sauna, steam room, gym and fitness classes remain open. The Northwoods Clubhouse Pool will remain open until October 10*
