Great Beach Trip

My daughter, grand daughter and myself went for a quick girls trip. We had a great time. The condo is right on the sand so no long walks. Great time!

Great location

The best thing about this property is the location with beautiful ocean views and a fantastic seafood restaurant just steps away and right on the beach. We were within walking distance to the Hangout and the best beach shops. The condo had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We had a great stay!

Came with our adult daughter and my sister. Condo is dated but comfortable. Everything worked from bathroom to kitchen. Parking was a little problem at times with parking across the street but not complaining. Great view of the Gulf. With our favorite place Sea and Suds right in front of us it was perfect!

The property was the right size for our (4 adults) group. The balcony was great and had a wonderful view of the beach. We enjoyed a flyby of the Blue Angels on our first night and then drove to Pennsacola (25 miles) to see one of their practice sessions. We did not do much cooking but appeared that there were plenty of pots, pans, and utensils if needed. Unit was clean and comfortable.

Quick Getaway

Location was great, property manager was fantastic to work with, but the condo really needs a deep cleaning and updates (beds need new mattresses and pillows, bathrooms need to be spruced up, living room furniture was a bit dirty) We understand you’re paying for the location directly on the beach, but we expected the condo to be a bit nicer for the price we paid. We did have a wonderful time in Gulf Shores and The Boardwalk location is fantastic!

Gulf Shores trip 7/28/23 to 8/4/23

The condo had great views from the balcony even with a restaurant right in front on the beach and had a good location. The parking was slightly ridiculous. 70 units and only 52 parking spaces on the property (security guard even said we were lucky to get a close spot all week) with overflow parking across a busy 4 lane street with no safe way to cross unless you walk down a block to the intersection at the light and walk back. The condo was clean but worn out and in dire need of a makeover. The beds were horrible and the sofa was worn out and uncomfortable. The photos are a little deceiving. Luckily we had excellent weather so we were outside most of the time. If your time there is rainy, the furnishings will annoy you. Very good communication with owner even though she knew of a broken toilet paper holder before we arrived but didn't fix (?). We did have a great vacation but for the money spent on the condo, was expecting a little nicer/updated unit than what we got.

Would stay here again

We enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect. Right on the beach and close to some shops and restaurants but not crazy packed with people. Sea n suds and the Hangout were both close and nice places to eat. The condo itself could use some updates but nothing that is a deal breaker and it was clean. We saw dolphins almost every morning sitting on the deck! Overall we were happy and would stay here again.

Great View of the Ocean

We enjoyed staying at the Boardwalk. The view was beautiful and the condo is close to everything. Although the Boardwalk is older, this condo has been well maintained. We had a great time, will rent again.

Perfect little beach getaway!

This was an anniversary/birthday trip for me and my husband. The condo was the perfect size, clean and AMAZING VIEWS!!! Communication with Jodi was so easy, and the location of the condo can’t be beat! The property was clean and right on the beach with a restaurant on site! Doesn’t get much better than this! We will definitely stay here again!
