Perfect for families and beach enthusiasts alike, our home is nestled among a cypress grove and the tranquil backdrop of a state forest, offering not only peace and quiet but also easy access to Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton, Blue Mountain, Rosemary, Alys and Seacrest Beaches.

Enjoy an array of amenities designed to enhance your stay. Cassine Gardens offers two swimming pools, two tennis courts, pickleball courts, a stocked lake perfect for fishing, a basketball hoop, and extensive nature trails for hiking and biking. Discounted bike rentals and complimentary beach equipment ensure you're equipped to explore the coastline or relax by the sea.

Home Comforts

Our townhome has been recently updated to elevate your comfort. Enjoy plush king and queen pillow-top beds, stainless steel appliances, flat-screen TVs, chic new furniture, and fresh paint and decor.
The layout includes:
A master suite with a king bed, private bath, and balcony.
A second bedroom with a queen bed, a bunk bed (twin over twin), and a balcony. A full bathroom right outside your door.
A spacious living room with a large sectional couch and secluded deck. A full kitchen. And a half bath on the main floor.
Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and flat-screen smart TVs for entertainment. An initial supply of essentials like shampoo, paper, and soap products are provided to start your stay off right.

Guests enjoy full access to all of Cassine Gardens' amenities. Explore the fitness trails, relax by the pools, play tennis or basketball, or fish in our private lake. Public beach accesses are just steps away, offering endless sand and surf. We offer our guests a stocked beach/pool closet including beach wagon, chairs, toys, tennis and pickle ball gear!

Please note that renting our property includes an agreement to the Owner's rental contract and adherence to Cassine Gardens Association rules. Details are available upon request. Summer rentals require a week-long stay from Memorial Day weekend through mid-August, and winter rentals are available from January through February by the month. Please confirm partial weeks or month stays in advance.
