The people could not have been nicer to work with and were very accommodating. The property was very nice and the access to the beach was right across the street.

This house was great to stay at! It was clean, had everything we needed, and the pool was so nice. The location was spectacular too - a 5 minute walk to the beach and a quick car or bike ride to downtown Seaside! Highly recommmend :)

We loved how close we were to the beach. Our kids enjoyed having our own personal pool to use. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. Barbie's house felt cozy and we all got a kick out of the fun decor. Overall, it was a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and especially loved the location—it was very convenient to the beach. The kitchen was awesome and well suited for preparing meals during our stay. Also they pool was nice to cool off as well as many pool toys for the kids. There were a few things that could be improved. The beach access was quite steep and did not feel very safe for anyone with mobility issues or for families with small children, especially if trying to use a wagon. We found items that were left from previous guests, toy under sofa, scrunchie under pool chair, but over all very clean. We also would have appreciated having basic bath soap provided. One other thing we found unusual was the request to use throw blankets whenever sitting on the furniture. While we understand wanting to protect the furnishings, it was a little inconvenient and made the furniture feel less comfortable to use.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the location, but addressing these concerns would make the experience even better for future guests.

We loved everything about Barbie Beach House. My 3 kids, ages 7, 9, 12, took the upstairs and we stayed downstairs. The pool was perfect in the afternoon after a day on the beach. The house was so cozy and felt just like home. And BEAUTIFUL! TheLocation was perfect. Less than a mile from seaside yet felt secluded. Food, groceries, shops all within walking or riding distance. And the private beach just at the end of the road is close and easy and picture perfect. Never too crowded. Clean. Absolutely perfect home in the most perfect vacation. We can’t wait not wait to come back ASAP! Rachel was so responsive to any questions and so kind. Rachel (Ted) even let a local lady in before our check in to hang a birthday banner and balloons to surprise my birthday girl daughter when we arrived!

Perfect location. Not even 5min walk to the private beach. Parked our car and used a golf cart all week! So fun for the whole family. Exceptionally clean as well.

Barbie House is the best!

This was our 5th time to stay at the Barbie and we love it. We had car trouble on our last day and needed to stay another night and luckily the house was vacant the next week. Ted and Rachel were great and we were able to book an extra night. Can't wait to come back and stay on our next trip.

We had an amazing week staying at Barbie's Beach House during our spring break! Communication with the host/assistant was very smooth and helpful both before and during our stay. We loved the pool and spent several hours in it every day (paying extra to heat it was well worth it to us). We loved the easy walk to the beach access point across the street, and the private beach was never crowded, the sand was clean and soft, and the ocean water was gorgeous the entire time we were there (it was that bright and clear water we've only seen in Turks & Caicos and in Eleutheria in the Bahamas)! The house was so cozy and cute--we loved the decor, artwork, bedding, and furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was an issue with the dryer, but the host's assistant made sure we knew about it ahead of time (we really appreciate that open and honest communication). Thank you for being amazing hosts and for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home! We love vacationing in this area of 30A and hope to stay at Barbie's Beach House again!

Home away from home

This home was unique, comfortable with great art. It was far more pleasant than the sterile modern condos/homes. The property was very private with beautiful landscaping in the front and back gardens with a nice pool. The property manager was extremely responsive and pleasant.

Awesome place close to the beach!

This was PERFECT for our first trip to 30A. A little over a mile to downtown Seaside and a 2 min walk to the beach. The pool in the back was perfect for us. Ted was a great host and always available to answer any of my questions.

Great week at the beach!

The house was great, particularly the pool and easy beach access. This is basically as easy as it gets if you are on the north side of 30A. The bikes, pool floats and beach chairs in the shed were a nice surprise. I would definitely rent this property again.
