Great set up

Great set up for families! Pool is slightly inconvient to get to during the cold winter time and maybe easier to walk to during the warmer months. I failed to realize there were pool towels located in the laundry room and maybe wasn’t super clear to me on the welcome letter. Everything you need is there!

Great stay

It is a great location with a well appointed condo. The pictures do not do it justice. Very cozy and comfortable. Big enough so you dont feel on top of eachother. Hope to stay there again sometime.

Spacious and convenient to Loon

Great stay - very close to the mountain, with shuttle option. The house was very clean, spacious and kitchen was open and big and great to cook for a group. The living room was comfortable with enough sitting spaces for our group.

Comfortable, clean, modern, ski condominium in great location

What a lovely place for a ski vacation! There is a shuttle bus to Loon Mountain that runs every 30 minutes on weekends and holidays!

Comfortable and family friendly

I stayed in this home with my friend and our 5 combined children. The layout is amazing, giving plenty of space for everyone. The entire space has been nicely updated since the pictures were taken, so we were very pleasantly surprised! All essentials were provided, furniture and bedding were comfortable, and the whole space was clean with a wonderful homey feel. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to the area! We’ll be back!

I just love this house!!

This house is beautiful, well kept, decorated nicely and close to everything!!! We have stayed twice now and I will be back again. It’s roomy, the kids are on the bottom level. Perfect location in Lincoln

This unit is perfectly located for skiing: minutes from Loon, and the pools and hot tubs are even closer! We had a wonderful stay, highly recommended.

Perfect Location close to Loon!

It was perfect for our trip. Wish there was a bathroom on the main floor. Place was clean with plenty of kitchen supplies. I rented a Ford Expedition and the parking space was tight. Glad our second vehicle was small. Loved that there was wood to use and kitchen spices. Would love to book again! Lori

Nice place

The only problem I have with this rental was the lack of communication prior to the date of stay. Examples: no response on early check in request, address different from reservation ( should be 5 not 6), type of coffee maker (not Keurig), bring your own wash cloths, no USB connectors for charging.

Fantastic getaway

This was a real wonderful stay, We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and kept in good condition. A big advantage was that there's lots of toys for kids. Property is in a great location and have good accommodations. There's only one downside of the property which was quite spooky is that the only entrance to enter the property is from the back of the house which means that if you arrive to the property at night you will have to go thru a little spooky house and walk to the rear of the house which is facing a dark NH forest and hope not to meat any 'guests' there before entering the house. But other then that I have nothing what to say bad on that property, even the host was very helpful and responsive.

Wedding stay

The house itself was very nice. Close to the places we needed to be for wedding. Could not get tvs to work though and was to quiet for me. Also with toddler 2 1/2, all the stairs wasn’t great. Plus there was a rug in foyer that was curled on corner and we kept tripping. But overall good.

Great mountain getaway

This place was in a complex close to Loon Mountain. It was clean, well furnished, and inviting. Access to ski slopes was excellent, and use of the fire place was a bonus. Ryan communicated well as a host and was responsive. The only problem I had on the trip was that most area restaurants were doing dine-in only after 5pm, so takeout options were limited. This is only relevant for those who are Covid conscious, and we worked around it by ordering early and reheating later. Overall a great trip.

Feel like home.

We loved this place, so much space and make us feel like home. We didn’t use master bathroom at all. It turns out kids liked to sleep bunk bed. Thank you so much. This place has everything we need and so convenient.

This property was a great location close to everything. The interior was very clean and up-to-date. Plenty of room for the whole family. The garbage disposal was not working properly during our stay and that is my only complaint.

Long weekend

We stayed for Labor Day weekend and it was a great size for two families- parents in the bedrooms and all kiddos in the bunk room. There were games to play in the closet, a Wii, and a nice balcony to sit on. Loved the way it was on 3 floors. That made for more separation when wanted... like morning when some get up and others don't. The only negative was that the Clubhouse was VERY far away (and down an immense hill) in another resort complex and it was only open 10am to 7pm. We've never stayed anywhere that closed that early. A good hot tub while kids play in the pool after dinner would've been great !

Great location. Nice set up.

Overall an enjoyable experience. There isn’t Ac but they provided fans. The layout was pretty open and there is definitely enough room without being on top of one another if you travel in a large group. The pools were a little outdated at the village at loon, but they served a purpose. The indoor pool area was not that clean, but kind of to be expected. I would stay here again for sure.
