Family Vacation

This property was awesome! My two children, 12 and 10, had their own space up in the loft while my husband and I could sit downstairs or outside on the balcony. Everything was so close and convenient, and Tad was a great host!

Great unit in great area

This was the perfect spot for a ski vacation. Free shuttle to the slopes and walking distance to restaurants. The unit was clean, comfortable and convenient. We had a wonderful vacation here.

The property is indeed a home away from home and it’s very spacious and neat in every way. It’s clean and nicely decorated. The entrainment was great. My family and I enjoyed every moment of our stay at the condo. The owner, Mr. Tad, is very awesome. He was very flexible allowing us to check-in an hour early to accommodate some ease after a three-hours drive from Rhode Island. The family agreed that that should be where we stay whenever we travel in that area.. It’s a home!

Spacious Mountain Stay

Understated is the size of the condo! The size of the loft makes for a nice, separate space for teens to hang and sleep. Nothing beats the cups of coffee with views of the White Mountains from the two balconies in the morning. This was a great getaway destination.

Great family condo

We stay with another bacillus of 4 and there was plenty of room for everyone! The only critique I have is when the owner messages you that got need to bring your own towels for the shower and the pool.... PLS NOTE there are NO TOWELS!! No hand towels, no face clothes, no bath Mats!... There is nothing!! Just pack accordingly! You will need them for ALL 3 bathrooms!

Great location. Wonderful and very well kept condo. Special thanks to our host, Tad. He made sure that we had a flawless check-in, even though we arrived after the front desk was closed. Tad’s condo was perfect for us! Very rare to find a home with 4 queen beds and 3 full baths. Tad responded very quickly to our questions. The elevator to the third floor condo made it easy to get our belongings in. Nice views from the balcony!

Family Getaway

Nice spacious bi-level condo. We were a group of 10 and the place was perfect for us. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Very clean and centrally located to everything. Directly across the street (behind the sign)there’s a path that leads a nice river with rapids. Grab your tube, kids and have fun. We spent lot of time in Laconia which was a hour away but a must visit. The host answers questions at rapid speed. The only thing (and I didn’t ask or complain to the host about so yo be fair he did not have a chance to address. I went ahead and purchased 3 fans from Walmart) was lack of AC. Who would have thought you would be hot in NH. Cooling systems are portable AC’s. There’s one in the livingroom that you have to make sure does not disconnect from the wall or will not cool down the space. The second one is in one of the bedrooms, that one worked really good, just had to dump the water very often. The second bedroom on the first floor did not have an AC, instead a oscillating fan. We put an extra one in there an opened up the windows. The loft space has one portable AC but it’s not enough for such a huge space. Unlike downstairs there’s only one door that goes out to the balcony and that’s on one side of the loft. I had to put two Fans upstairs in order to be able to sleep comfortably. In all fairness we don’t do good with heat and that’s why we had to buy fans. Otherwise the place was nice, quiet and welcoming. Good for families.

Great 4th of July Stay

This was a awesome place to spend time with friends after quarantining. There was plenty of space for everyone and the loft gave us room to all gather together. The kitchen had all the little touches we needed to cook most of our meals and the location is so close to everything you'd want in a vacation - Tad was a pleasure to communicate with! We will definitely be back - thanks Tad!
