Welcome to the heart of all things fabulous! Our cozy abode in the charming Oaks Development, nestled in Saratoga County in the Town of Wilton, is your ticket to relaxation. Boasting three dreamy bedrooms and two and a half baths, it's the ultimate chill-out zone. Just a short 13-minute drive lands you at the Saratoga Racetrack and buzzing downtown Saratoga Springs. Or if beach vibes are calling your name, Moreau State Park is practically around the corner and beautiful Lake George a short drive. Though in a neighborhood it feels like you are in a country setting due to the heavily wooded rear of the property.
Step into our stylish pad with an open layout, perfect for hosting. Picture lofty ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and heavenly central air conditioning. The spacious eat-in kitchen is a feast for the eyes, with a table that seats eight with ease. And for larger dinner parties, the dining room table can welcome another 8 guests with open arms. Need extra snooze spots? No problem! We have three queen-sized air mattresses on standby with full linens.
Don't forget to soak in the sunshine from our deck, overlooking a lush private backyard. Perfect for barbecuing and spending time together. Your oasis awaits! If hanging out by a campfire is inviting to you. There is an outdoor fire pit complete with firewood and surrounded by Adirondack chairs for your comfort and enjoyment. Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We love the neighborhood our home is in. It is Quiet & Serene with lovely streets surround by Perfectly kept homes. When you enter this home you immediately feel like you are on a country vacation. The woods in the rear of the property created a beautifully shaded back deck to spend hours Barbequing and spending time together and If you love walking and running then these lightly traveled streets provide a perfect spot to do that.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Our home is like our little secluded oasis. Once inside you feel as if you are in a country home and not in a neighborhood due to the heavily wooded property . We also love that It is just a short distance to Broadway in Saratoga Springs where there is a gathering of fine dining and shopping which we had not experienced outside of New York City as well as the horse track, Casino and SPAC for concerts. We also enjoy outdoor activities so our homes proximity to Moreau Lake State Park for camping and fishing made living here like a never ending vacation. Literally you have the best of all worlds at your finger tips.
