We have added an electric fireplace and smart TVs so you can stay tuned in to your favorite apps. The HOA requires guests to register online with Guest Services before arriving for their stay. The fee of $40.00 will include one parking space in the garage. You must be at least 25 years of age to be the primary tenant for Palazzo 1204.



A beach setup with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella is included with this rental from March through October.

This condo was beautiful! The location was perfect. Right on the beach surrounded by many great places to eat. The hosts were wonderful and provided great communication with the entire process. Highly recommend this place!

Great stay

The property was gorgeous. Decorated beautifully. We made a lot of our meals , I would have asked for more trash bags. There were only 2 for the entire stay. With a family of 4 they filled up quickly & we didn’t have replacements. Small inconvenience but want to advise other guest. Overall 9.9/10. Immaculate to say the least.

Wonderful Getaway!

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and unbelievably clean - the nicest I have ever stayed in at PCB! It is decorated with a modern beach feel that is elegant without being overdone. The master bedroom was serene and relaxing. The bedding is so nice and soft and the mattress was amazing. It was a wonderful retreat after spending the day in the sun. The beach at Palazzo is unmatched and we enjoyed the chair setup that was included. They are building a McQuire’s Irish Pub across the street!!! We will be back and can’t wait to enjoy a steak dinner after a day at the beach! Donna was great to deal with and always had a quick response for any question. The pictures online are great but it is even better in person! Perfect place for a romantic weekend away at the beach. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Wonderful Place to Stay

This is a wonderful place to stay in Panama City Beach. Host is very responsive and the condo is beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here.
