✓ The total number of vehicles allowed is four vehicles in the driveway.
✓ Please park in designated parking areas only. Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw.
✓ Pets are not permitted.
✓ Town of Hilton Head Island quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
✓ The private pool is 13 X 25 with a 5 in diameter spa. Safety equipment for the pool or spa is not included.
✓ The Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional $100/day. Please request pool/spa heat by contacting the host 1 week prior to arrival. Please note that the heat pump only allows the pool to heat to approximately 20 degrees warmer than the lowest nighttime temperature.
✓ The fireplace is only for decoration and is not for guest use due to liability.
✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
