Welcome to your getaway at Sterling Shores # 307 a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located at Sterling Shores in the heart of Destin. The Master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The Guest bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa making this unit sleep 6 comfortably! Prepare anything from your morning coffee to a full-course dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy having a cup of coffee on your private balcony watching the sunrise or after a fun day with the family enjoy watching the sunset. Sterling Shores is a gated, 11-story complex in the heart of Destin. Boasting a 4300 sq.ft. private lagoon pool, gulf front pool, commercial grill area, BBQ grills, picnic area, and exercise room, located on 9 acres of lush tropical landscaping with 240 ft of beach. Be sure to take advantage of the new bike rack available for owner and guest use in the East Garage next to the ice machines. Beach service is available for guest for $45/day or $225/week plus tax and booking fee. You have to check out Sterling Shores vacation rentals for yourself!
The beach pool is heated from Nov-May, depending on temperatures. The lagoon pool is not heated.
