Sleek and modern family townhome includes the best of both worldsâ rest easy with spacious living areas, fully upgraded utilities/amenities, and a private pool. Renting our beautiful home grants access to the community clubhouse as well with pool, waterpark, and more.
A 10min drive to Disney World and 20min to both SeaWorld and Universal

The space
Open concept living room/dining/kitchen areas. Easy access to outdoor private pool covered by bug screen (please note our private pool will require an additional fee IF you want to turn on the pool heater). One bedroom on ground floor, two bedrooms on second floor. All rooms have attached bathrooms. Plenty of natural light. Cleanliness is our priority.
Driveway fits one car, but there is plenty of open parking spaces on the side of the house.
2 minute walk to Windsor Hills clubhouse where community spaces are available for family fun (water slide, game room, hole-in-the-wall restaurant, barbecue area, gym, playground, etc).
**Unfortunately we can't allow early check-in or late check-out due to our cleaner's schedule.

Windsor Hills Resort is a family-friendly and ultra-secure neighborhood complex. There is strong security to even enter the community at the gates. Once you're in, enjoy all the resort amenities!

Our townhouse is sleek and modern, and only a 2min walk from the Windsor Hills clubhouse. There you will find the community pool, hot tub, water slides, a movie room, convenience store, game room, and a small restaurant. Within the community there are also barbecue pits and a kid's playground. All the elements of a great vacation!
