A 956 sqft casita nestled inFrenchman's Mt. Foothills with wild life. Tranquil city views below offers a perfect place to relax & unwind. Kitchen is a fully appointed(no oven), computer/desk area. King bed with shower & tub. Don't forget the outstanding outdoor areas to chill w beautiful desert landscaping. Great hiking 2 blocks away. 14 minutes downtown, 26 to the strip& 15 to Lake Mead. Gym & indoor/outdoor pools 3 miles away($3 each). Lease and ID required. 2 guests max Must be 25 years old.
Must be 25 to book. 2 person limit and we are sorry no children. Quiet hours 9pm-10am. No parties or events. Put out trash Wednesday evening. They go early Thursday. The floors can only be cleaned with equal white vinegar and water. No flushing feminine products. Clean stove and grills. Ac not below 75 degrees. Enough rules come and have fun!!

Realtors Jim & Barb Eagan own Limestone Investments and manage many properties under our profile. Jim and I are both former Air Force and caught the travel bug while serving our country. We travel extensively throughout the year and for over 40 years. As we started traveling we learned a lot about places that we stayed, why we picked it, what we liked and disliked about the stay. As we started buying our own properties and manage rentals for others we incorporated these ideas.
A funny stay we had in another country when Air & V were new had green hot dogs and Mayo in a cupboard. Yukko, lol. No coffee pot and no knives to make salsa with. Rather than report the owner we invited her for a visit. She appreciated us help her come up to reasonable standards and amenities. This philosophy carries through on our stays today and we ask guests to also help all owners/managers with things that can be overlooked or be unnoticed since they don't live or stay in the properties. As this really can hurt a person that depends on the income with one bad review. Albeit, gross negligence and rude operators need blasted.
I have always been in customer service positions and thoroughly enjoy the interactions about travels and accepting suggestions on the rentals we manage. Recently, I had to drop by a property with family members from Cuba, Mexico and France. Honestly, the languages were a bit funny with translations or charades to make a point. We enjoyed each others so much I ditched work that day and we had a blast for hours and hours. Now, I can't do that very often but it was a very pleasurable afternoon. That's a small taste of why I love this job.
Check out petroglyphs at Valley of Fire, hike at Red Rock Park, water slide 1 mile at Hollywood Water Park, zip line downtown, best movie theater with drinks & full meals served in the theater- Eclipse, Spring Preserves & Helicopter tour to Grand Canyon or the Vegas night lights.
