Lake Las Vegas Semester komma undan. Tjugo minuter från Las Vegas Strip. Njut av Lake Access till kajakpaddling, paddla boarding, båtliv. Säsongens mataffär ligger 5 minuters promenad från denna vackra lägenhet. Restauranger, vinbar och glass för dina smaklökar. Lake Las Vegas är en Master Planned Resort gemenskap som ligger några minuter från Las Vegas Strip med en 320 tunnland sjö med över 20 miles av strandlinjen. Två golfbanor; En privat Jack Nicklaus kurs ligger på South Shore är för medlemmar och 18-håls Reflection Bay golfbana om den ligger på North Shore och är också en Jack Nicklaus-designad kurs.

Förutom shopping på Lake Las Vegas är distriktet i närliggande Green Valley en 10 minuters bilresa från sjön, liksom Galleria Mall. Spektakulär utsikt över Lake Mead på Historic Railroad Vandringsled tar dig genom flera tunnlar längs Lake Mead hela vägen till Hoover Dam. Den spektakulära Red Rocks ligger 35 minuter bort och ger över 21 vandringsleder i Red Rock Canyon National Conservatory. Vattenfall, unika planteliv och ökengrönsaker ger intressanta och vackra platser längs spåren.

För skidåkare och snowboarder ligger Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort vid Mount Charleston och en timme från Lake Las Vegas.

Hiking in NV

Perfect studio in a very convenient location to the Hoover Dam, multiple fantastic hikes and Las Vegas. Condo was well equipped with a comfortable king bed and a very comfortable sofa. Would definitely stay there again!

An oasis retreat from the Vegas chaos

Stopped over in Vegas for a concert before heading to CA for business. I’m not a gambler or a nightlife enthusiast so I was looking for a place where I could chose to go into town rather than be immersed in it. This was the perfect location - just 20m from airport. The unit was clean and the bed comfortable and has a beautiful view of the lake. Raymond was super responsive to a few questions I had. Loved there was a village of shops and restaurants across the bridge for late night dinner and early breakfast. Will definitely stay here again if I find myself in Vegas

Das Apartment ist fantastisch. Top modern eingerichtet incl. Küche mit allem was man braucht. Super Aussicht mit netten Balkon/Loggia. Nur zu empfehlen wenn man einen relaxten Urlaub verbringen will.

Everything was amazing except the cleaning bug staff do not do a very good job cleaning the garbage outside at the front entrance, they do not clean around the pool otherwise amazing place with amazing views

Fantastic Stay!

Really nice and quiet location close to restaurants, shops and entertainment. Room was described adequately and the impression was beautiful. It was on the 4th floor overlooking the lake and pool - beautiful views. Check in was smooth and easy, clean and up to date room. All amenities worked very good, bed was really comfortable and balcony hangout was peaceful. We will definitely be staying there again and thank you to Robyn, Sid Gajjar and Raymond for your hospitality. You have a beautiful place.

The best way to do Vegas!

This property is clean, secure, quiet, beautiful views, fantastic amenities, excellent communication. Was EASY from booking all the way through the stay. Lots to do within walking distance (varies on time of year). Lake Las Vegas is the only way we will be doing Vegas from this point on. Thanks for the hospitality!

Worst bed ever. I sat down on one side of the bed and the mattress fell to the floor. I'm only 160 pounds. After lifting the mattress, you can see OLD, bent, thin slats that are supposed to support the mattress. It does not! They don't stay in the frame. Informed the host. He offered for housekeeping to come look. It's beyond help. He is too cheap to get a real bed frame. AND, all the furniture is garage sale quality. Aside from the view, this place is a dump.

Nice and Clean and Quiet, also kid friendly

It was a great condo the bacolony was excellent at night i think they should be shutters it will keep it cooler, also put some cards and dominos in the game section, i had trouble with wifi nut my husband didnt but other than pandemic closing alot of the ammendities it was nice and relaxing,

Property was nice and well kept. Parking on the other hand not so good. The first night I checked in late and couldn't find any place to park. I was instructed that the parking was outside the building or in the Casino Parking Garage. There was no signage as to where the Casino Parking was and ended up parking at the Hilton nearby. After a long day this was definitely an inconvenience.

The resort area was very nice. When arriving we noticed that the pool was half empty and closed. We were never notified of this issue. I text the host immediately and never got a reply. We had a very long walk to another pool. Had we known of the closure we would have changed to a more convenient location. Also in the listing it stated sofa bed which was not

Labor Day Weekend

Stayed over Labor Day weekend and pictures are accurate. Clean, quiet, lovely view, and great pool area. Everyone was polite, Raymond our host was charming and laid back. We had a great view of the fantastic fireworks Sunday night! We dinged a star on the check-in because there was no place to park in the Luna lot when we arrived. While there are signs posted about parking only for residents and guests, it is not enforced. So we had to park at the other end of the lake in the Hilton garage and walk to our room - during a 109 degree heat wave. Suggestions to the condo owner/manager: please provide more than 3 small bed pillows, a few large towels instead of only towel sheets, and see if the HOA will provide a security guard during events to enforce parking. We will be happy to return but not during events.
