Having invested in, sold and bought real estate for many years, hosting this home has been a joy. I love the stories of those who have come from all over the country and the world to stay with us. We've had long term and overnight stays and guests love this house, giving us very strong reviews for its comfort, utility, location and features.

It's a quiet neighborhood with very good neighbors. It's near the downtown area, just a few blocks north in Hillsboro. There are many restaurants, fast casual and cute shops to enjoy there. It's also central to the area in close proximity to major firms like Intel and Nike as well as Pacific University and the OHSU Tuality Medical Center. With the corner lot there are extra spaces for parking for guests and visitors.

Step into a freshly renovated space designed for both style and function! This home boasts brand-new floors, fresh paint, updated appliances, and even new windows, doors, and roofâoffering a modern, worry-free stay. The chic furnishings are not only stylish but also highly versatile. The dining area easily adjusts to seat 2-4 people, while the clever coffee table transforms into a computer workstation or additional dining while you watch TV. Kick back in the living room, where the two swivel chairs let you shift seamlessly between conversation and TV time, and the cozy sofa effortlessly converts into an extra bed. Set the perfect mood with a remote-controlled overhead lamp featuring multiple lighting settings.
Love to cook? The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a full oven range, microwave/air fryer combo, French press, coffee maker, and a spacious refrigerator.
