Happy (belated) birthday—and thank you for celebrating with us! We’re glad the layout and beachside location worked well for your getaway, and I’m truly sorry about the housekeeping misses and the beach gear breaking, this isn’t our standard. Maintenance has cleared the bathroom sink and inspected the plumbing, and we’ve updated our keypad instructions in the guide so entry is simpler next time. For clarity, the unit does not have a dishwasher; this is noted in the listing description and amenities. Thank you again for the thoughtful feedback, we hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you for your wonderful feedback, Mike! We’re glad this unit stood out during your stay and that you enjoyed the layout, views, and updated kitchen. We appreciate you letting us know about the AC. We look forward to hosting you again soon!
