The apartment was exactly as described. The beach accessories were very generous and the large umbrella was huge bonus. And kuddos for the 2 headed shower! Thank you again to our hosts. We look forward to renting from you again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the views from the balcony and the quick access to the beach every morning. Bedding was very comfortable and they had a great shower head too. We loved everything about the place and Andrew was quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again!

The property was ok. The owner was very good with communication, and was very good at answering at all times. The only reason my reviewed is a bit low is because the sheets and pillows had a terrible smell , They were clean, not stains or anything but they smelled really bad like sweeting smell that has not been washed .

This review is a surprise. At no time did this guest advise that there was a problem with the bedding. My linen and cleaning staff are close by and can remedy any issue quickly. All previous reviews confirm my attention to any matter my guests may have. I do my best to communicate in a timely manner. This guest did advise that the A/C was not cooling as much as it should but wrote that “it’s ok to be in here”. As it turned out, my A/C contractor was scheduled to be at our complex on Saturday afternoon dealing with another repair ( this guest arrived Friday afternoon). They were willing to check/repair my unit as needed. The guest did not reply to my email regarding access on Saturday and departed on Labour Day Monday. They did not report any other issues. It turned out that the A/C unit needed replacing and this was done on Tuesday. If my guests let me know that there is a problem, I can usually have it addressed very quickly.

The condominium was just as advertised. 3 minutes from the beach with terrific views from the balcony. The unit was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We would absolutely stay there again!

Wonderful stay. Condo is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The balcony has a great view. A wonderful feature is the wagon, chairs and umbrella for the beach. Everything you need to just walk across the street and enjoy a day at the beach. This is our second stay - we enjoyed the first and came back again!

Fantastic stay at this condo. Room was clean, spacious, and had a well equipped kitchen. View from the 9th floor was outstanding. Being right across from the beach made our stay perfect!

Perfect stay at the beach

The property was perfect for our trip to Bonita Beach. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The patio is very spacious and relaxing and views from the 9th floor can't be beat. All of the beach supplies were so helpful and the location was perfect.

Fantastic location with beautiful views.

The property was a bit dated but very clean and well stocked. The balcony is amazing and the beach is right across the street. Doc’s and coconut jacks are steps away for a great dinner. Would stay again.

My unit has been fully updated inside as Kelly and I are finally able to use it ourselves many times a year. It’s an owner’s unit as opposed to a purely rental unit and as a result has many extra items that make it feel like home. The exterior of our 5 building complex continues to recover from 3 hurricanes. The buildings have been repainted and look great. Landscaping took repeated beatings and work on that will continue for a while. Pools are completely redone and just need final inspections to open.
