Best stay ever!

This was my first ever Vrbo and I'm not kidding when I say it won't be my last. Very first night after seeing how nice everything was I booked another Vrbo for another trip I have in December and canceled the hotel!Very clean, very quiet, and awesome location. My dog Madison and I enjoyed it and we both had a great week. I'm saved the details of this property so I can book it again next time we're in Prescott.

Prescott Casita!

We had a water flood in the kitchen area and flooding the downstairs game room because it went through the ceiling of that room seven weeks ago we came back home and not live here due to all the dust fans and blowers. We stayed for three weeks at Jonathon‘s Casita here in Prescott. what a wonderful place I’ve lived inPrescott 22 years and never knew this existed, it was clean a wonderful host. I will let everyone know about it. It was like staying at our home. It was tiny, but that’s nice. We had to come every day back to our house to let contractors in, but it was so nice to have that getaway our Labradoodle Daisy stayed with us and had so much fun. It was quiet we took lots of walks to the square We will be back for sure! I’ll let my neighbors know also

Great property and landlords

The property is in an excellent location with an easy walk to many things in Prescott. The landlords always make us feel welcome at the attractive and comfortable apartment.

Perfect Peace in Prescott

This is a lovely slice of peace and beautiful space in the heart of Prescott. The owners are wonderful people who are so creative and caring about nature and people. Their garden is a testament to nature, art and an overarching sense of humor. A small slice of peace and caring! A few blocks walk from lovely shops including antique stores and restaurants, this cottage is lovely for a couple or a single. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, or have friends or family stay here! Excellent!

Great vacation rental!

We loved staying here. Kris and Ron are on the premise and are so helpful. Both being artists the unit and grounds are so beautiful. There's everything you need plus laundry facilities! We stayed here for over 2 months while our home was being remodeled and will definitely recommend it to our friends. Great location. Great people. Great place to vacation!

Great location for our house hunting

Apartment was very nicely furnished and the kitchen was well stocked. The apt. owners were friendly and very helpful and made us feel welcomed. We survived a record snow storm to the area and the owners made sure we were safe. Highly recommend this home away from home.

Home Away From Home

This was our 3rd month-long stay with Ron and Kris and each time has gotten better. The apartment is beautifully furnished, clean and well located to walk downtown. Ron and Kris are responsive and friendly. While we think that the apartment is awesome, they still asked us what they could do to improve it. We highly recommend this property!

Ron and Kris, the owners, have done a fabulous job to update the property. The owners have added some beautiful artwork and the home is so peaceful and beautiful. The home is very close to town and walking distance to many restaurants and events.

Thanksgiving in Prescott

Cold and gray outside but inside our beautifully restored casita it was wonderful. Listed on the National Historic Register. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Great neighborhood.

Exceeded expectations.

I didn't expect the property to live up to all the glowing reviews 100%, but it did. The interior is lovely, immaculate, and comfortable, and the location is convenient to walk to grocery, restaurants and downtown. Hosts and hound are friendly and there if you have a question.

The Tri-plex apartment is the best place to stay in Prescott!

This is our fourth stay at this beautiful property. We love its location because you can walk downtown. The owners are wonderful people who have artistically designed the apartment and grounds. We enjoy the many restaurants, hiking trails and activities that happen in the Prescott area. You’re also close to other interesting areas such as Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, Fort Verde and Cottonwood. We still have many things we want to see in the area and of course we’re staying at the Tri-plex!

Clean and beautifully appointed with all necessities.

Ron and Kris were the best at making sure that our month stay was enjoyable and that we had everything we needed especially in the kitchen. They also left a welcome package of items from local retailers and decorated cookies on Valentines Day. The four rooms were cozy and beautifully appointed. VRBO is conveniently located just 3 blocks from the historical town of Prescott. We very highly recommend this gem.
