Our home is located around the corner from the Glendale Sports and Entertainment Disctrict and Westgate neighborhoods. A perfect vacation spot to turn on the pre football game shows & play a game of pool while the others hang out in the private backyard! The backyard has a nice outdoor pool, grill to cook and dining area to relax and enjoy your vacation.

The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please, however, it is not heated.

Three bedrooms & two baths throughout the home! Plus a full size kitchen, dining room and then two living areas.

The Ion Property Management team is available between 8:00am - 8:00pm MST for questions or concerns. Please contact us directly to inquire about better rates!

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property's grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

*** Same day bookings are subject to a 6:00PM MST check-in time***

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.

- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.
- Strict “No house party” policy! Anyone planning to have a party should book elsewhere.

- All City of Scottsdale noise complaint fines will be automatically billed to the customer. Fines start at $250.

- No smoking inside the property, fines start at $2000.00

- Any cancellations due to Covid or any other illnesses will be subject to the cancellation policy associated with the listing. No refunds or credits will be issues due to COVID-19 or any other health related issues

Great spring break trip

Our family enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect with restaurants and activities nearby. The pool was a highlight since it was quite warm. The house was clean and the hosts were very responsive. Overall a great stay

Perfect Game Weekend hangout

You could not ask for a better location to enjoy a game or State Farm Stadium event weekend with friends or family. Easy walk to both the Stadium and the entertainment district, and the house is just right for a family or a few friends/couples to get together. Sizable kitchen, large dining table, large flatscreens in practically every room, plus relaxing in the pool and enjoying the billiards table. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

AZ Escape

Everything about this place was perfect. It was clean , it smelt fresh in the house, the lay out was perfect, the pool was great, mattress in the master was amazing, they provide you with enough toilet paper that you really do not have to buy extra, it was stocked with coffee ( huge plus for us :) ) Contact with the host was a breeze. We loved everything about it. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again when we plan our next AZ trip.

Very dirty

the location was the only good thing about this property, we walked to the State Farm stadium.This place is worn out... when we arrived, the back yard was filled with dog poop. (they did send someone out to clean it up) The Rugs were so stained and dirty, you needed shoes at all times. The closet shelves were so dusty, you couldn't unpack you cloths, the laundry room was also disgusting you could not fold your close and lay them on top of washer or dryer because it was so dirty and sticky from laundry soap and dust. The kitchen is not very well stocked for cooking.

Game day!

Top of the list is location. Perfect place to catch a cardgame or spend some time at the Westgate area. There are endless things to do. The house was nice. Everything was tidy and orderly. Checking in and out was simple. I would recommend that there would be an easier access to the garage. Maybe a door opener of some sorts. The pool was a nice feature, ww wish we could have used it. The weather didnot permit. Definitely would stay here again if the house was available.

Great Place Great Location

This property was everything and more. The property manager was very communicative and helpful. We will be looking to book again if possible in the future.
