Great Venue

Clean property. Conveniently location to so many areas. The management firm was very responsive to questions and also followed up.

Spring Training Get Away

Very nicely decorated and clean. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Host was quick to help with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Good Location

The Condo is in a great location to Camelback Ranch, State Farm Stadium, and Desert Diamond Arena. Westgate Entertainment is easily walkable and offers several restaurants and bars. The gourmet kitchen had a small set of pots and pans with lids and a tea pot. Pictured on the counter tops is a blender, coffee maker, and a toaster in the cupboard. There is a mix set of dishes for 7 people. There are no mixing bowls, serving dishes, or bakeware of any kind. It was difficult to fix much for our family. The king bed had a very light weight blanket, luckily there was a slightly heavier one in the closet. The queen bed had a single light weight comforter. There was a throw on the couch that we used. The furniture is not high class, the couch is slightly matted and dingy. The dining area chairs are flimsy and loose, and the king bed frame was very wobbly and squeaked.Bring ear plugs for sleeping, the people above us were up most of the night and very loud. There were also people out in the courtyard till 1 am.

Water heater & Nlankets

Water heater didn’t work whole time we were there and kept tripping. Each bed had only 1 blanket on them, not even a sheet also. We had to go buy blankets!
