The Space:
Welcome to Ranch Haus, one of three newly renovated spaces at the stunning Sunday Haus Estate. Nestled just one block from Fredericksburg's historic Main Street, this charming retreat is perfect for couples or friends seeking a blend of relaxation and exploration. Each unit boasts its own private courtyard featuring a fire pit, hot tub, and comfortable seating—ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure.

Inside Ranch Haus, you'll find a beautifully designed bedroom and living area complete with a luxurious king-sized bed dressed in high-end linens. The living space includes cozy couches and two stylish chairs, an electric fireplace that adds a warm touch, a Smart TV for your entertainment needs, high-speed internet, and even an Alexa to assist you during your stay. The attention to detail and thoughtful amenities ensure a delightful experience.

Kitchenette:
The convenient kitchenette features a Smeg mini-fridge that keeps your beverages cool, a microwave for quick snacks, and a Nespresso coffee-maker, which includes complimentary coffee pods for your morning brew. The provided tableware makes it easy to enjoy meals and drinks in the comfort of your retreat.

Bathroom:
Pamper yourself in the well-appointed bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower and a single vanity. Complimentary bathroom amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, a hairdryer, and an iron with an ironing board ensure you have everything you need for a refreshing and comfortable stay.

Guest Access:
Guest will access the property through the door code.

Guests will have designated parking access on the property. Level 2 EV charger are available and complimentary to guests. Each unit has its own charger for a total of 3 chargers on the property.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood you're staying in is located on a quaint and quiet street one block off of Main St. Walk to dinner, enjoy the many fabulous coffee shops, shopping and tasting rooms just minutes away! Some of our favorite spots within a 5 minute walk of Sunday Haus are Caliche Coffee, Alla Campagna, Hondo's and Frisch Juice.

Getting Around:

-Check in at 4 PM, Check out at 11 AM (early check in available for a fee on request)
-The Property is kid friendly, we allow children/infants. Please know the house is not childproof, please be cautious of fireplace and hot tub areas. Never leave your child unattended.
