Two bedrooms both with king beds and two bathrooms make this the perfect location for a couple seeking a romantic getaway or a fun girls weekend away. The highlight of your stay will be relaxing on the patio in the hot tub or chatting with friends around the firepit! Come enjoy this comfortable cottage and all Fredericksburg has to offer! Please note: Wood is not provided

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.

Love, love, love it!

Beautiful property looks like Joanna Gains just remodeled. Has everything you need to relax and enjoy Fredericksburg. Only small improvement might be a few more kitchen knives. So, we give it a 9.9 out of 10. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent accommodation and location

Two family members and I stayed for a long weekend in April 2025. The house was perfect and it was easy (for us) to walk the approximate 1 mile to the main business district for restaurants, bars, and shops. Everything we needed was supplied. Beautiful house and yard for lounging and we loved having a hot tub!

Mother’s Day weekend

My 2 girlfriends and I came down for the weekend for a wine tasting/shopping getaway and couldn’t have been more pleased by the experience!! The only issue we encountered was a broken door handle in the back bedroom but we were still able to use it. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were properly stocked and immaculate! We all agreed that we would come stay again in the future as it was the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at yet!! The location of the property was close to everything downtown, we walked to/from dinner both nights and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Can’t wait to come back!!

Excellent Fredericksburg Experience

Always loved going to Fredericksburg staying in your house made it such a great experience, lots more than a motel. Hope to stay there again. I would give it a five star rating.

Very Cute Property

Felsenhaus was as advertised. Colorfully decorated, very clean, and well equipped. The two king-sized beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. We will stay here again!

Lovely home in good location

Great place, very well equipped. Jacuzzi was wonderful in the evening as was the fire pit for relaxing at the end of of a busy day. Easy drive to town.

Great girls weekend

We had a great girls getaway weekend here. Good location. Walkable to downtown. Hot tub was awesome. The wine tour from the management company was also good.

Great Rental

Beautiful home. Perfect for 2 couples. Great location. We really enjoyed the back yard fire pit and hot tub. We have stayed at 2 other VRBOs in Fredericksburg. This will be our first choice on our next trip.

Enjoyed the Felsenhuas

Our group really enjoyed our stay and Fredericksburg is a great locale. The neighborhood was quiet, the town was uncrowded. We especially enjoyed the firepit and out door areas.We hope to return again and enjoy Octoberfest. Our only recommendations would be to provide a torch/firestarter for the firepit and also please provide a few spices for cooking. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
