This recently remodeled condo offers all of the best amenities for you and your family to enjoy on your Marco Island getaway. Enjoy nigtlhy sunsets from your balcony looking over the warm Gulf of America, with due west exposure. The Somerset complex has 2 heated swimming pools, 2 private beach access points, tennis and pickleball courts as well as out door grilling. The unit locker offers a beach umbrella, beach chairs and a cooler for your fun at the beach.

Please be aware that after we accept your booking request, you will be receiving an email from The Somerset association for you to fill out their HOA form. This form has a non refundable fee of $150.

During May 1 - October 31 Renters see below in regards to Turtle Season

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
