Great location. The beds were very comfortable and it had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beach chairs and supplies were great too! Beautiful place to stay.

Will visit again!

Great stay, beds were comfortable with no problems. Condo has lots of room and clean. Communication was very quick with the owner! Location is in a calm area, perfect for family’s.

Excellent condo

This unit was beautiful and comfortable. It had about everything you could possibly need including a small tool box, crock pot, quality dishes, spices etc. Highly recommend.

Birthday Vacation

The property and location are great . Would have gave 4 Star's except for the Beds are past due for replacement. They we're ditched out in the middle of the bed . Wish more property owners would put more emphasis on the beds since you spend the majority of your stay in them .

Great space.

This unit was lovely and comfortable. The process to rent was fairly uncomplicated. It was clean and amenities in the kitchen were enough for a weeks stay. When our coffee machine was broken, they came the next day to replace. Hope to stay here again next year.

Stunning sunset views from this gorgeous condo…

My family had the most wonderful vacation. This rental property is beautiful, yet comes with all the conveniences of home. The location is perfect with top rated dining in walking distance or a very quick drive. There’s shopping and activities close, yet, you’re a world away when looking out at the gulf from the comfort of the condo. We loved being so close to the sand and being able to walk up to the condo from the beach and pop back down moments later with a fresh frozen drink or snack. We can’t think of anything that would have made our stay any better. Thank you for hosting us. We will be back.

Vacation in Marco

When we got to the place, the floors were not swept of the sand, rugs not vacummed or swept out of sand and the beds were not made. We arrived late due to delay on flight - check-in process was not really communicated well - finally got a hold of someone from the condo complex who met us and helped. It was late and we cleaned the floors and made the beds ourselves. I did communicate that with the owner a couple of times and no reply on that piece. Aside from that, the place was nice - the people above were moving furniture loudly at 10-12 at night the week we were there. It is easy access to the beach and to restaurants and shopping. We did get a chance to rest and relax which is what we went for but having taken care of summer rentals in Maine for years, we would have expected to find the floors/rugs clean of sand and sheets on the beds.

Great Location!

Rented this condo for three weeks in March/April. Great updated condo with fabulous views. Manager is responsive to concerns or questions. She was very helpful. Unit is on a lower floor so noise at night with teens going in and out of the pool area or walking along the front walkway can be annoying if the weather is nice and you want the sliding doors open. Grounds keeper does a great job, but he too has an electric blower going as early as 7:30am some days. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need to cook and clean up. Some salt, pepper, frequently used spices, etc., are in the cupboards. Washing machine and dryer in the unit adds to the convenience. Loved sitting on the balcony for morning coffee. We travel with our Apple TV and it hooks up easy to any tv with an HDMI port which was easily accessible on the family room tv. Two smart tv’s which is great if you have a Netflix or Amazon Prime log-in. However….the internet in this unit is sporadic and made keeping up with work, phone calls and watching any movies near impossible. Whether it was our Apple TV unit or the tv’s own Netflix and Prime apps, the internet connection frequently buffers, freezes or the picture is blurry. If your plan is to always be outside and never watching tv or using the internet then you have nothing to worry about. Overall….our stay really was very nice and we truly enjoyed walking the beach and Marco Island overall.

Paradise

Very, very, nice unit. Tastefully decorated. Appears remodeled recent. Kitchen outfitted beyond adequate.. Some utensils marginal quality. Many consumables that were not listed. Some napkins, cups, plates, plastic silverware, TP, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, liquids, etc. I overbought prior to arrival but perhaps left by prior tenants. Beach wagon, 3 beach umbrellas, 4-5 beach chairs, a couple of coolers, some kids toys. (I bought coolers and 4th umbrella did not need and left). All of this is in the storage closet on beach level. Very convenient. We arrived in the dark.Luggage and grocery carts on lower level. Never found them until the next day. Property ultra secure. Hard to move around. We had 5 adults & 2 keys. "Sleeps 5" should have 5 keys. Need key to/from beach every time with 2 locked gates each time. Different key to unlock unit. Fob to drive in. Porch and furniture had light sand. No bulb in porch light. Entire property is pretty dark. Ice maker, internet, and hot water slow at times. Main TV average quality. Needs pull out wall mount for better viewing/alter beach glare. Bed in den is twin. Not double futon. Grills are charcoal and average. Pickleball scheduling was not kept up to date. I am an owner with multiple properties in Fla and elsewhere. Wife is an interior designer with projects at boutique hotels, luxury homes/condos, & restaurants.Given Marco Island and the cost for Xmas week, everything should be as close to perfect as possible.

A perfect vacation

Stayed 2 weeks in this beautiful unit. I called the owner once when I thought there were lots of extra pillows but no extra pillowcases. She told me where they were located and offered to send more over if needed. There were lots of cases exactly where she told me to look. Great service. Will be back next year!

Great stay!

This unit is located in a great property that has quiet beach access. The unit itself was well equipped and had all amenities, inclusive of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and wagon. Kitchen and bathrooms were modern and updated. There was an issue with the dryer not working and the property manager worked to get the appointment to fix moved up and offered to come and do our towels if needed. The unit had great views of the beach and was close to the pool and beach access. We would recommend the unit to anyone.

Fantastic condo on Marco Island

This is a great property, especially if you like staying on the lower floors. Super clean and well-stocked with towels, beach towels and other basic items (hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc). All appliances are newer AND the washer and dryer are full-size. The bed in the master bedroom is firm, but not uncomfortable. There is plenty of space to spread out and relax. The front bedroom is a finished room, rather than basically an enclosed porch like in some other Somerset units. Overall, this is a great Somerset property and would highly recommend!!
